Nah, I was kidding. Fanservice parts are too censored to see anything even if anyone wanted to. RKB is good because story is surprisingly interesting, characters are very cute, sport part is actually decent (for sure more realistic than Kuroko no Basket) and it's generally pleasant to watch.

It is a bit more complex for this kind of characters. Thing is: many of the Japanese fans who fall for such characters would reject the idea that they are loli characters. Here the age setting definitely plays a role here. You can say that if the character looks like a loli and talks like a loli then she must be a loli, but for the anime fans in Japan it does not always work like that. They may actually like the "gap moe" where a girl of non-loli age behaves like a loli or simply enjoy the non-loli part of the character despite her loli look.

So I would say mitch3315 actually has a good point that loli bears a close relationship with the age of the character.

Anyway, in Rokyubu the age setting clearly set the characters as loli, so the discussion above is really superfluous for this anime.
