| According to Oricon News, Canadian singer Avril Lavigne will sing the theme songs for One Piece Film Z, which will premier on December 15th in Japan. The titles of the songs are "How You Remind Me" and "Bad Reputation". She said, "I've felt sympathy for the world of One Piece in many aspects. I'm looking forward to seeing the completion of the movie." One Piece Film Z official website Her songs were chosen for the movie's world release in the future. The manga author Oda Eiichiro, who also was the general producer of the movie, was deeply impressed by "How You Remind Me" and sent a grateful letter to her. That's kind of stupid to say considering this is the news section and there are weekly posts showing that anime songs in Japan top their billboard charts and popular songs that weren't anime inspired get used in anime too. So chances are you just don't know what the hell you are talking about. |
