| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  I've been a fan of Nitro;Plus for awhile and definitely liked what I saw. Lovely OP song so far and liked the science fiction theme was cool. It seems to be pretty lighthearted so far but I'm fine with that. The game Kaito was playing on the PSP like platform looked fun and was packed with action. Looks like a fun watch with Kaito and Akiho's interactions so far ^_-. Lol @ Akiho's poses though, funny and priceless same time. Interesting end and a giant robot is shown. Hmm, not bad, I'm liking this series so far. |

| Cool OP and ED is nice. The technology in the anime is so high tech!! Wow, battle game with the perspective that the opponent is in front of you. They have dream for making their own robot. Megane character (w. Hosoya-san's voice) refusing to join Robo Club. Wow, phone can connect to TV. Wow, the girl is too optimistic, and the guy is being more sense. Who's that girl that appeared in the end? |

| i love how op turns it into nitro;plus-the semicolon will invade nothing of any merit really happened i think unlike in steins;gate where paying attention in the beginning would at least help you understand stuff-i guess thats for some other episodes for anything meaningful. 5/5 i'm pumped if this is roughly as good as steins;gate ill be very happy |

| Good first episode,kinda slow but Steins Gate was like that and just keep getting better and better,hope happen the same with this one. The animation its ok,maybe not the same as Steins but pretty good,the OP and ED are decent even that they got kinda lazy with the ending with pretty much only images but good mecha action! The story so they are trying to make a Mecha,Akiho i really like her personality also she is cute specially enjoyed this scene Oooooo nothing like a good cold Skal!! Yashio also not bad and the others so far its being decent,and seems the next one will meet its Airi voiced by KugiRie....and seems she will be interesting. Well lets see how it goes,if its at least half as good as Steins was will watch it!! BTW WANT MAID-NEKO APP FOR ME IPAD!! | I'm glad "WhyNot subs" picked this one up. I was interested in it since I first saw it. This episode is a tad slow but that's to be expected. I'm sure it'll pick up just like Steins;Gate did. |

| I liked it. :D Though the opening and ending are average. Steins;Gate's opening was beast. Surprising I like the president of the club. Characters haven't grown on me yet, but once the story develops a bit more I think this might be one of my favorites of the season. The mecha design made me laugh though. Looks kind of childish for my likes. |

| Robotics;Notes is quite different from Steins;Gate so I think it would be best if you are not expecting it to be another Steins;Gate. |

| yay it's finally on! been waiting so long for this, was normally planning on watching this for steins gates/ chaos head references but it seems kinda cool also not sure if it's true or not but i heard it get's darker later on not sure how much i don't really know seeing how the mechas in this aren't really meant for fighting. liked the Op and Ed for the game better but these weren't bad |

 Why that was rough to get through. I guess thats what I get for reading chapter one of the manga a few days ago. Anyway Aki is kind of an annoying character, hope Kai stays as the lead character. Otherwise the whole thing with the Gunvarral Online and anything Gunvarral was cool and interesting I have high hopes. Think I like it already more than Steins;gate (school, character designs, the atmosphere, mechs) , more interesting and with a lead character I actually do care about and the other character is nice too, if he joins the club, I hope. The OP is no Hacking to the Gate quality, but I think it will grow on me. |

| I absoloutely loved OST, OP and ED.One of bests in this season IMO.Im looking forward to next episodes with some good BGMs ^^ About episode itself, actually it was...good.I really like the atmosphere.2 friends who want to create robot based on anime before graduating.Characters are interesting too, at least for now, especially Akl :D.I have a feeling she will have some nice scenes, so im looking forward to them. All i need are some serious moments, which i hope i will get in future.I wont complain much then. 4/5 first impression 7/10. |

| last episode of gunvarral didnt air, but beginning of the episode, they had the mech built and screamed out gunvarral before charging off. i think i see a connection there O.o other than that, this series, for me, is hard to read so far. i hope this picks up and the story gets intense! (if there was a VN, i havent played it. so yeah...) everyone keeps comparing it to steins;gate and chaos;head, so i guess i will, too. this series better not fuck up like chaos;head, but i dont think it can beat steins;gate. |

| Decent first ep. Not much of a hook, interactions are kinda boring atm because of the MC being so indifferent to everything. This worked with snarky Houtarou in Hyouka, but this MC is just plain boring atm... The VN's bad reviews are worrying, so I don't have confidence in it getting much better. :/ |

| I'm not sure what to think of this first episode. While, yes, I know it is the same universe, it might seem a bit unfair to compare it to Steins;Gate...and I think that might be a problem this series might or will run into. Steins;Gate set the bar so high that I don't know if it's possible for this anime to surpass it. I do notice quite a few people on here saying if it's half as good as Steins;Gate, it'll be an enjoyable series. Just as long as this story has a solid plot, a good cast of characters, and a production value of high quality (so far seems fairly high), then I think it can be a very, VERY good series. It was hard for me to get a good first impression out of this episode. I will admit, it was a fairly boring episode with some okay comedy bits. Well, considering Hyouka is one of my favorite animes so far from 2012 and that's about the activities of a "school club", I guess it couldn't hurt to give this one a chance. |
| Slow start but hopefully will pick up like Steins;Gate. Honestly this kind of bored me, I hope it doesn't take TOO long for something to start happening. I mean at least Steins;Gate's characters could pull you in at the beginning, the characters in this don't strike me as anything extraordinary. |
 If you really want to fit in, just put Legend of the Galactic Heroes in your top 5 and have it be the only 10-rated anime in your list. |
| It was alright... I guess. Not on par as to what I was expecting, but oh well. Steins;Gate divergence number at the beginning and Chaos;Head slogan at the end. I would say that's a foreboding placement, but I highly doubt that this anime will turn dark xD 3/5 First impression: 6.5/10 |

| The opener was a bit slow but it was still enjoyable i'm optimistic that it will pick up, i mean seriously how many people said Steins;Gate started out slow and look how it turned out, now don't get me wrong I'm not saying this will be as good as Steins;Gate but just saying that first impressions can be misleading, i doubt it will be this slow throughout. |

| The Chaos;head reference made me more nervous than it should, maybe because I'm dead afraid of Robotics;Notes being as bad as it. But from the first episode it seems to be really different from both Steins;Gate and Chaos;Head. I like Aki and her energetic fire. |

| Yay! 1.048596 It means the time machine shouldn't exist in this world. I wonder why Airi was referring to current date and time. Aki-chan is so chou-genki! I love her character already! Kai looks the composed type of a guy, which I like too. And Hidaka will be female fans' pick from what I could tell with his 2 minutes screen-time. :P 5/5 for episode 1 and hopefully the anime will live up to my expectations! Slow starts are sometimes better. :) |

| Just what I expected. Damn. I wish smartphones of today has something that Kai had. Changing clothes or putting accessories on the person on the front of camera. The main character is fine. I love characters who are voiced by Ryohei Kimura. I love how bubbly Akiho is. I love the part where she wear her red glasses. Been a long while since I have seen a character as bubbly as her. That other guy, I wonder how can they make him join? Also, the character of Kugimiya Rie is an android/cyborg? Interesting. I think this has started wonderful. Though it has a more cheerful tone compared to Steins;Gate/Chaos;Head. Can't wait for more. Have to admit that it felt so average... but only time will tell. It feels like it is a slow starter, but have high hopes for it. |

| It seems I see many criticisms on Chaos;Head and people thinking this series might be as bad. Chaos;Head was made before this so I believe it'll be a lot better. It's usually like that. Although, from the plot, I don't see this getting better than Steins;Gate. I am curious though on what connection it has to Chaos;Head basing from that line (well, aside from the fact that they're in the same universe). |
