| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  ^just like in the manga Well, that was an amusing episode. Shizuku definitely seems like the stubborn girl here but hey who knows, she's going to change soon after meeting a particular someone. I liked Haruka's portrayal in this series as her voice seems to match her stubborn like personality. I also liked Haru's portrayal in this as he seems to be the tough guy but deep down is probably a gentle person. Fast development though and these two are "getting along so well" already! Anyways, Haru is a fucking boss. Also, there is a lot of good action and comedy with even a little blood. Overall, a good episode. |

| Yay! It's finally here! OMG heartattack at Sasayan's smile in the beginning! Am I the only one who is a bit bothered by the pacing? It's faithful to the manga but I don't seem to like the pacing in the anime. Well, let's just take this a an intro :) Sasayan's hair should be darker imo. Mabo's too. And I like how the chicken is having a bigger role in the anime XD For everyone who is interested in the next episode, here you go the non-chicken preview: I can't wait for the next ep! Sasayan Sasayan Sasayan! Yes. I'm super obsessed by Sasayan :D |

| This is one of my favorite mangas, and it's definitely nice to see it animated :) Even tho it felt quite rushed, it was definitely enjoyable ^^ 4/5 (and Dat colorwork!) |

| Oh freaking wow, I went into this knowing not one tiny thing of what it was about and I freaking loved it. I was just complaining about how the romance in SAO is the worst freaking kind too; this show is how you do proper romance. I seriously can't believe how much I loved that though, I normally don't care for romance in the first place. And the episode felt really really long but in an awesome way. Gah, I can't wait for the next episode! |

| I found this very refreshing to watch it's violent yet innocent and the characters are pretty interesting. The main character why appears uncaring and she doesn't realise her own feelings. And the strange guy who doesn't have common sense but appears to be really good at studying. And they looked like a couple already mainly because of that guy hanging around her but still it looked nice it also seemed the rest of the school was relieved that he was hanging around her most of the time. That scan in the upperclassmen room was a bit drastic tho he got so violent he didn't even know that he was hurting her and she should have addressed him about that as well. Those upperclassmen girls where nice to her though. |
| Very nice show somehow it feels like some weird mind decided to mix Kimi ni Todoke and Tsuritama and it worked :) Two weirdos working together, this might work. They just need to keep development going and deliver more hertwarming moments. |
| Wow, this was an excellent, surprisingly impressive introductory episode. Shizuku and Haru are great characters, and their growing relationship is quite engaging so far, as they have really excellent, believable chemistry, which is likely benefited by the very good voice acting on display. I'm really looking forward to see how these characters and their relationship develop. The direction was terrific, as it handled the pacing of the episode with a confident ease, never feeling rushed or particularly hurried in the covering of any of the various developments. The humor was refreshingly quick-paced and rarely failed to deliver a laugh, which is quite uncommon for a show of this nature. The art is superb, particularly in how vivid and colorful the backgrounds are. The animation, while not especially great, is quite good. Also, the OP was amazing. All in all, this is definitely one of the most promising romantic comedies I've seen in quite some time. |

| The first episode felt a little rushed, but overall, I loved it. I had already read the manga, but watching the anime feels so different. At least now I have something to watch on Mondays. :) |
| Haru's voice is a bit too deep. To be honest, I loved the pace of this episode. Definitely gonna be a season favorite, thank you Brain's Base ToT |

| so i thought it started airing on sep 26, but either way i looked for it only today. well that is an interesting relationship. sure he is innocent, but there is no reason for him to be that brutal. I mean he even hit her without thinking. I really do not like boys who hit girls. and no, she didn't deserve it. She is not that cold hearted either, she is just a lonely girl, who prefers to study by herself and doesn't care to make friends. So yes it's a weird mix between those two. hopefully it will work out. And then there is that blonde kid who took an interest in shizuku, whether in a good or bad way. I just hope there isn't anything tragic or well sad. And definitely looking forward to watching the rest! 4/5 for me. (ps i watched it on animeseason) |

| That was definitely a good start for this series. The directing feels very fresh and delivers the story it wants to tell straight to the point. The two protagonists are very likable even if their personalities are flawed in one way or the other and we already got to see different sides of them in the first episode alone. The fact that neither of them beats around the bush when it comes to their feelings makes the fast pace seem quite appropiate. I was surprised that there wasn't much progression after Haru began going to school again until the midterms but at the same time it wouldn't have been realistic if they suddenly started to become friends with everyone without some major event changing things up. |

| Nothing too innovative when it comes to shoujo romance plot but this first episode was executed really well. They packed a LOT of things here and I had to check the stream to make sure this was still the 1st episode cause I thought it had been a while already. The main girl and guy is likable enough but the guy is a little too eccentric for my tastes . Our MC is typical Shoujo social outcast which I don't mind but she's pretty sensible as she has some social skills at least. |

| Amazing.Just amazing.Pacing is a bit too fast though, but well, we cant get everything in first episode. Main characters are such a great couple *w* me wants to hug Shizuku.Kiss in last scene killed me...i mean it was so freaking unexpected.It's weird his heart wasnt pounding though.Well, we will see. Quality of art is amazing as well.Cant wait to see how will everything look in next episodes. OP isnt really anything special.I dont think i will watch/listen to it every episode. 5/5.First impression 8/10.I hope they wlll slow down with pacing though, that would be perfect :D |

| Am I the only one that finds Haru extremely obnoxious? But overall I really like the naimation and the lively colors. I can see how the pace may seem a bit rushed to those who haven't read the manga but trust me, it's better this way. And I can't wait until they get to the Yamaken parts. |
| Ahhh I'm so glad Crunchy decided to pick this up :D And, indifferent to my expectations, I'm already loving it XD Favorite part was when Haru just turned around after looking at Shizuku and ran and jumped out the window XD Definitely looking forward to the rest of this anime and hoping others romances this season will be this good or even better. |
| I liked the fact, that the first kiss and the confession were already in the first episode. I am sick of the typical rom-com where they only look at each other, blush, never say what is on their mind (which always brings unnecessary misunderstandings), make a big deal about holding hands and maybe if we are lucky the kiss once before they roll the credits. I want to se what happens after they get a couple for once in an anime (SAO is actually one anime I love because of this and other aspects). |
