| I rly like the art. Manga has a weird kind of art and I thought it wouldn't write so well on screen but it did differently. Though I don't understand why some facts were changed. Nakanishi had supposedly pushed Mei on purpose, not by accident. They didn't want to promote the jerk way of things? Well still, the whole flashbacks during the kiss was wayyy random but it wasn't bad for a start c: Shall be waiting for more~ |

| The art feels a bit awkward. Particularly Tachibana's asymmetrical haircut. Aiko looks great though, can't wait to see her story line animated. |

| Had low expectations and holy shit this was awesome! Best first episode of any series this season. I absolutely loved it and I'm not 100% sure why that is. My expectations have now shot through the roof, so I hope it keeps it up. |

| Lovely first episode. I am a fan of more serious shoujo. The female protagist, Mei, isn't someone who annoys me. I like her views on life & it is easier for someone to relate to her. Unlike Sawako from KnT which seemed quite unrealistic to me. Also, I prefer Yamato over Kazehaya. Never read the manga-- So, I didn't expect that an old stalker would appear. I like the more mature feeling, I hope it will have the style of Paradise Kiss/NANA. |
| The start of this anime had a depressing atmosphere to it with the piano music in the background it also looked a bit grim with the girls trying to bully Mei. But it gradually started to get a sweet atmosphere to it with a romantic ending. It certainly was a impressive episode full of emotion which gave a good impression of how Mei life has been up till now. And it gives a feeling of a brightening future for Mei which is something she definitely needs. The episode also raised some questions towards the characters in it mainly a few of the background characters interested me. Looking forward to the next episode of this anime. |

| This pretty much parallels Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. However, this takes the dramatic romance route, whilst Tonari takes the rom-com route. It really is nice to see such similar anime to be completely divergent with its execution. Both have already opted to play the kiss card, even though its conventionally meant to be the finishing event for shoujos. I wonder if this is a new trend that I was completely unaware of? The only gripe I have with it is the male lead's hair--it's ugly :S 5/5 First impression: 8.3/10 |

| I was pleasantly surprised by this, I am never normally a Shoujo fan AT ALL. I dislike the genre ALOT, but this, I enjoyed this quite a lot. I think Shoujo is starting to grow on me considering there is another series this season that is s Shoujo based that I am enjoyed. Aha. But yeah I loved the storyline, It reminded me of Kimi Ni Todoke in the aspect of a unpopular girl meeting a popular guy, I loved the stalker scene simply because I liked how he went to her aid as soon as she called him n_________n; Now I disliked Kimi Ni Todoke but enjoyed this ALOT. |

| Really amazing, the pacing, the soundtracks, the voice acting... And the ending by Suneohair is yet again fantastic. This is the no.1 on shoujo front this season for sure :D |

| This was a really good first episode! All the characters look so nice and the voices fit well. It seems like all shoujo anime this season is moving pretty fast -- they all have the two leads kiss within the first episode aha but that's fine w/ me!!! |

| Decent first episode, I like really like the art in this one. The piano is kinda iffy for me and it seems they made Nakanishi nicer at the start of the anime than the manga. I'm not sure how I feel about that. |

| Feels like kimi ni todoke, isolated girl x hot boy. This one is more predictable when stranger came and she asked the knight for help, typical shoujo setting but I like it. Along with tonari this season, both will be enjoyable. |

| Wow I thought Tonari was good? This blew that episode completely out of the water in terms of premise and execution. I really liked the female lead because the reasons why she outcasts herself are pretty realistic. Though there was an immediate first kiss, the context in which it happened made it less annoying than in other shojo series. |
| Am I the only one who thinks the dudes hair looks retarted... anyway this felt really slow comapred to Tonari and the first kiss felt way too sudden. I'm gonna stick with Tonari, 1 shoujo is enough for this season. |

| Damn, I find that I suddenly have developed a liking toward Shoujo Anime. Maybe because I've started to hate all those mediocre harem/romance anime which come out every season, where the protaganist doesn't choose a girl and the story is predictable and full of cliches. Funny though that both the Shoujo animes which I'm watching this season ( This one and Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun) both begin their first ep with a confession and kiss. More development in one episode than you'll see in whole season of many Harem/Romance animes. I hope that the pacing is not too fast though. |

| I was going to read the manga, but then heard about the anime airing, and so far so good!! That was a great episode!! Though, out of the Shoujo Trio of the Fall season, seems like my favorite (thus far) is Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun Speaking of the Shoujo Trio, what's with this trend (spoiler for those who have not watched the first episodes of the trio): |
| 4/5 I enjoyed it but I gotta admit, Tonari did better. Anyway, cool OST - I like the piano and clarinet songs. I haven't read the manga but oh goddd, everyone except for the main two are either bitches or perverts. I love Kayano and Sakurai as the VAs. They're great. Char designs I don't really like but I like the fact that we don't have people with light blue or purple hair. I like realistic colours way more. |
