Well, Hitsugaya is pretty popular although he's just a supporting character. In the last official character poll he missed the first rank by 49 vots (Ichigo had 8370 and Hitsugaya had 8341). Is there a poll where he can be chosen, he most definely will win or make it to one of the first ranks. So, why do you think is he so popular?  |

thats weiird...in every other poll I found in the internet, shiro-chan pwned every single of them :D. well...i think like him because he is one of the younger talented...and also his appeareance reminds me kind of dragonball with the sayajin hair XD. great look + fking awsome bankai + great actress (romi paku4tw!) + damm cool character (I love it how he gets mad from rangiku or ichigo xD) = pwnage :D  |

i can say that Hitsugaya is popular because for a young age he became a captain in seiretei.. another thing is he's so cute.. >.< |

I agree with rayzel and tennis19. He's so cool and cute.. especially when he ate a lot of watermelon in hinamori house.. he's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!!  |

I wouldn't call him hot (he's too young for being really hot), but I think that, in the future, he will beat every single male in Seireitei when it comes to hottness. XD Just let him grow up and you will see! XD |

it must be due to his DBZ hairstyle, aloof attitude, super duper awesome bankai which gives him awesome wings when activated, sensitiveness with his height, his brains, cute face and the list goes on....all in all, he is just damn COOL!  |

I have different explanations... 1. The white hair. EVERY Anime-guy with white hair is cool. If you think about it... 2. The cool character. There are many Sasuke-Fangirls. Why not Hitsugaya-Fangirls? 3. The voice actor. 4. His eyes. They tend to droop xD Like Byakuyas ^-^  |
