I have to do this homage! It hit me so much more than the manga! OMG........HAD TO HAVE SMOKE! Hands shaking! They made it so much more tragic.....I FELT LIKE HAYASE! SO ANGRY I WOULD DESTROY THE WHOLE EARTH! Piece of shit robot! Really did not deserve to die Yajima!

IF YOU HAVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT YAJIMA SINCE NOW HE IS DEAD DO IT!

I want to say that HE ALWAYS BE GOOD TO HAYASE NO MATTER WHAT! Always helped him when he was a kid from bullying and harm!

ALWAYS TRIED his best to stand up for his friends! I will REMEMBER HIM AS CHARACTER from MANGA TO THIS ANIME as A GOOD HUMAN BEING!

R.I.P. YAJIMA AND WATCH LINEBARRELS FROM THE SKY CAUSE IT'S GOING TO KILL ALL THOSE SOBs!
Oops! I appear to be incapable of following Rules 16 and 17, so I had to have a mod change my sig for me.

I love Hideaki Yajima, he's probably my favorite character in the anime. He's very admirable, but also realistic - he does state that one reason he protected Kouichi was because of Risako, for her attention. And he almost hated himself for it. That selfishness is very real, and gave him much depth.

That was a great, and tragic, scene! Kouichi clutching his severed arm reminded me of Kamui with Fuuma's head from X/1999 - nothing says gruesomely obsessive friend like hugging body parts! *_*

And hey! At least in the anime he gets to be "resurrected" and have a pretty badass moment:

I thought it was mad-cool how he called forth the Apparition Machina, which is an awesome mecha! Interesting, too, that his old school uniform seemed to be an "apparition" as well, disappearing into a more slick pilot garb. No other Factor seemed to "transform" like that.
