Well I wish these chapters were longer and for the author to stop throlling us. I always like Furuichi because he's the only normal guy in Beelzebub, and got absolutely no respect because he's physically weak. I don't think Oga is talking about physical strength though; in earlier chapters we did get to see how gutsy, and brave Furuichi can even when Oga isn't around, the first time was when he got kidnapped with Hilda, the second when he fight those guy at the pool.  |

Finally summons Behemoth. They actually look pretty good as a team. As a child, I was told that society is a melting pot of talents; knowledge and experience combined to form important alloys that will contribute to mankind. When I got to highschool, however, I thought that it's more like a river in which the water represents our peers while we ourselves are the stones in the river. Constant erosion by mindless majority sheeping has made us lose our unique edge. After I hit the age of 18, I realized that I've been wrong all along. Society is no melting pot. Society is no river. Society is a person, a very skilled rapist, and he has fucked us all. |

This was just really satisfying. I was a little tired of seeing Furuichi being the one who gets pissed on all the time in this manga. |

Agreed, considering this Furuichi we're talking about. If he really did become a wuss in terms of strength after Oga defeated him like some in this thread are suggesting, that would be indicative of another problem altogether. He's most likely referring to either a strong will or tenacity. |

Awesome! He pulled out Behemoth! I kinda expected more but this chapter's good too. Can't wait to see the flashback on how they became best friends.  |

Furuichi is like Vegeta in Majin Buu saga. Sick of being who he is and yearning for the good old times he gives up himself to tissues (babidi curse) to gain power. Hope that each pillar left some demonic power within Furuichi and that he will be of use once he recovers from the poison. |

Those silly fake kung-fu "moves". That pokopen incident. That "stop wasting panels" moment. That deconstruction of the "accidental pervert" and "misunderstanding" tropes. That Furuichi withstanding the power of motherfucking Behemoth! Best arc of the manga, forever.  |

Furuichi really shined these last few chapters but man this was awesome. Never would have thought he'd get so serious! Him drawing out Behemoth is so bullshit though lmao. It's like everything was planned. Still a great fight. Oga VS Furuichi, didn't expect to see this match ever. xD I wish this arc would get animated.  |
