The last one I had finished was OverDrive, seriously this is a sleeper hit, I was turned off at the beginning because the main character was too much of a whimp but boy, did it get exciting when the actual race started

Have to agree with Overdrive being a sleeper hit. I get so excited when a new episode gets subbed.

Other than that I recently finished watching Air Gear, Capeta, and Major. And I've been keeping up with Eyeshield 21 and Prince of Tennis.

ive only seen 3 eps of overdrive, but not because it isnt good, just i hate waiting, so i'll start it up again when its finished.

completed ring ni kakeru 1 tho... i had to watch it on youtube in spanish o_O but at least its off my on-hold list.

YAY! for HS spanish!!!

well currently i'm watching bamboo blade, and prince of tennis (im forcing myself to watch it at a slower pace so i can savor its goodness...)

oh, i finished air gear a few days ago! if there were more sport scenes/battles it would have been a lot better.

if you count manga... well i read natsu koshien and cherry project today. but those are also shoujo oriented.

I finished Ganba Fly High recently -- the subs were really awful, but the show was okayish, I thought.

Otherwise, I'm currently watching Oofuri, Major S4 and Bamboo Blade.

Still watching Major 4 and Bamboo Blade. Just picked up Kaleido Star, which is vaguely sports-ish. Looking forward to Shion no Ou once it's done. Kaiji too.

i finished ookiku furikabutte and prince of tennis (finally) so right now i'm just waiting for bamboo blade to finish airing. i might start touch soon~ i started it years ago and never finished it.

i watched the first 20 episodes in middle school and i liked it. i've been meaning to pick it back up at some point.... i really haven't heard much about it being good OR bad... so i don't know haha.

okay so i actually just started touch and i really like it so far. Granted, there really hasnt been much baseball in it at all. so far it's focusing on the love triangle between the brothers and their neighbor. but i love it~ :P

I just finished Bamboo Blade. It was cute and entertaining, but not your standard "sports anime" sports anime... if you know what I mean. It had your normal sports anime elements but with a lighter touch. Ahh, sports-lite. ;)

just finished touch. sooo good =) the sports part of it picked up but it still didn't feel overly focused on baseball to me. then again, i did watch touch after finishing oofuri and prince of tennis, which are all just baseball/tennis and nothing else really.

Touch really is mostly about the love triangle. It's a sports anime but only as a genre, it was more a slice of life anime that just happened to include baseball then a sports anime that happened to include a love triangle.

The feel of it kind of reminded me of Spice & Wolf or Mushi, it's slow. That doesn't mean it's bad, it's just slow.

Last sports I finished was probably Bamboo Blade or Baki Grappler... Leaning more towards Bamboo, regardless about to start watching ookiku and then probably oofuri after that. Love sports animes but I'd thought I had run out of ones to watch. Or at least that's what I'd told myself, guess I was wrong :)

I watched Prince of Tennis - National Tournament Semifinals a couple of days ago and can't wait to see the finals. Also I started Hungry Heart - Wild Striker and will continue Eyeshield 21

Welcome to the world of Go. Learning Go is not easy and takes lots of time.

I am currently watching Akagi and is really good so far (ep 13). I want to learn Mahjong but Go is already too much work (and fun).

Although I hated how they portrayed the Rabobank, the Dutch Cycling team. >_<
I'm kind of a fan of the sport myself and from what I've seen, no way it's like that!

heh just finished up watching ep 63 of eyeshield for about the 6th time. I've been basically watching anime non stop since 9:30 p.m. friday with only small breaks for food and such.

Oh yeah, odd question but I was hoping someone around here might know.

Does anyone know where I can find eyeshield episodes 88-112 subbed or dubbed to english? Prefer subbed but anythings good. I have access to 113-122 but I don't really want to watch them without catching the other 24 first.
