This is getting old. The parallels between Memories and Melodies is making Melodies feel really unoriginal and unconscionable.

So it seems that Kuze really is going to die, this is really going to hit home, one of my friends died a couple days ago and they way he dealt with his illness is kinda similar except he never gave up. It was good to see Chihiro in here, I was hoping that she would show up at some point, she's gotten a lot wiser since last season.

Another great episode. Each story is becoming more and more enjoyable. I really like the attitude Yuuko has when dealing with the bullying. It is really opening up development for Himuro.

That was a very nice episode. Chihiro looked so beatiful, especially when she stopped by Mizuki's place.

Loved the scene where Mizuki tried to put the fire out, that was nicely intense (also thanks to the music) and I really want to see more scenes like that.

Episode was very good. Makes us wonder, what has happened in Yuuko's past :/

I wonder more if there was something that one can do to help one in the past. Yuu obviously knew that but yet failed to see it. Perhaps only at the last moment when he saw those scribbles on her notebook.

Bullying can always be prevented but in this case it is kind of late but let's see if it gets resolved...........I know Yuu will find something.

I found the Mizuki scene to be a bit over the top. I ended up chuckling, but let's chalk that one up to my insensitivity rather than poor presentation =P

Poor Yuuko, I mean it's not her fault that she is one of the prettier 2-D girls out there. Say what you want about male bullying, female bullying is much worse. The old adage of sticks and stones apply here, but I guess Yuuko has the mental fortitude to just shrug things off. Though one has to wonder whether her overall demeanor over her bullying is just a front or an overall understanding of the evilness of human nature.

Nice to see some of the old cast resurfacing rather than being left out in melodies. Chihiro is as cute as always! Hopefully we'll get to see Hiro, Miyako, Kei, and Kyousuke soon.

I've been kind of feeling the same way during the first two episodes. This episode was a lot better and I'm more interested in Yuuko's story than in Mizuki's. But it's still not terrible at all. Like Kineta said, I think it's just because memories was novel and it had more impact that way.

Woah exactly what i was thinking... Though that being said it's still enjoyable. Hopefully they bring somwthing new to the table seeing that the situations are pretty much exactly the same.
Chihiro's disease and the person that loves her > Kuze's disease and the person that loves him
Kei's unrequited love and the person she loves + outsider rival > Nagi's unrequited love and the person she loves +outsider rival

Seriously Mizuki? Seriously? You're on a beach love. There's sand...even better there's water... but you use your hands? *sigh* silly anime characters...

Also if the bully is Nagi (which most likely it is) I'll be dissapointed. That would definitely be predictability at it's worst. I would love it if Yuuko ruined her own things to get Yuu's sympathy/attention. And explained her actions by reinforcing that she's human and has problems blah blah shock drama intensity blah...Now that would be awesome.

Yay Chihiro-chan! :3
I loved how they tell the story in the anime. Moving from past to present... directed very well.
Mizuki was awesome here!
What kind of bitches would bully cute Yuuko-chan that way? Dammed losers :P

Hmm? I see nothing what so ever wrong with it. And this is supposed to be adapted from a visual novel. Chapter 2 out of 4 I believe. That aside, I love this anime, and I don't see any reason at all to conplain about anything about it.

Mizuki putting out the fire, beautiful <3

Awh Chihiro! She looked great, and it was nice seeing her. The shoes, Yuuko, who would even dare. It has me slightly creeped out though, in a good intense way. What the hell has Yuuko done. The music as well, so suspenceful :D & I hope to see Miyako perhaps! Yayy.

Woa, beautifull episode, im not getting enough Kimura/Yuuko, so far i loved the Mizuki/Kuze scene where she turns off the fire of the violin with her hands, it was awesome how she reacted and the way when Kuze turns around and they focused a tear in his eye... i had chills there.

And moar Renji/Chihiro D: one of my favorites couples, nice to see them back.

Yuuko part: "Like a sandbag..." holy.. i almost droped a tear.

Im expecting moar Kimura/Yuuko on the next episodes.

Needa see more of Hirono and Miyamae (can't remember her name lol). Cbf with the Kuze story, since the ending is so dam predictable. They are probably going to have a tragic love affair for a few months then I bet Kuze will just go to hospital and die, sure its sad don't get that part wrong, but its also boring.

Clinging on to what will happen with Himura and Yuuko. Chihiro and Renji's appearance was cool.
