I am not sure but the last impression I had of him was that he might have been human and just got possessed by the sword only to amend in being used. Not sure but it sure looked like it. Maybe sword needs human host only.

Note that I never specifically said Ryosuke was the god among manly men. And I haven't started that show yet, so I can't argue in favor or against that particular character's manliness. Although Nobuhiko Okamoto is a pretty damn manly voice actor. So is Hiro Shinomo as well.

The fact of the matter is Ryosuke is fucking manly as hell and alone makes this show amazingly fun to watch. Well not exactly alone, because the cute girls surrounding him play a part in emphasizing different parts of his extreme manliness as I explained.

This is going downhill now.

I expect them not to involve or put in a girl who really can't do anything in the fight?

No, when did I say that? I just thought that preview was really pathetic, even for an ecchi anime.& it tries to take its own plot seriously (not necessarily referring to the preview, mostly these past two episodes) even though the past episodes haven't at all, that's the issue I have with it.

I agree with this. The anime would've worked better if it was a parody. When it's starting to force us drama and to feel something for them, it's just laughable, and not in the good sense. It's still enjoyable, in a way...
Seriously, pick one, you can't have it both.

I wonder why Lisara never bothered to regenerate her outfit. Even if it's extremely flimsy, an extra layer of protection might have at least protected her from burns.

What's up with those sequences during Ryousuke's fight? Illusions? Visions? His imagination at work? And wtf at Galderbroug's reaction to the random piece of ecchi information that Ryousuke told him.

Well, at least he didn't turn out to be Ryousuke's father. That would've been a cliche and a bad twist - and this show already has more than enough of those.

Oh man, real life caught up with me and I haven't been able too watch this for two weeks now. Anyway...

Was that his imagination with the scent thing? And he was imagining they were doing "it" in that very imagination...sort of like a dream in a dream (the movie Inception comes to mind). LOL

I gotta feeling the guy could have been his father or uncle or some other relation. Ah well it doesn't matter now, he passed on to the other side of the Other Side (which is THIS side?). This was great, the previous 2 episodes sucked imo but shit is getting serious now.

Another great episode, I feel kinda sad for Mina having her love dreams lost, but why do I get the feeling that that masked man is his father for some reason Oo oh well I'm probably wrong either way the short side story seemed quite interesting but I was confused why they showed that tbh..

Was the part with Lisara and Ryo dating, like they just met in class, a dream of his. I was kinda left confused on that. I am going back to watch the episode, but if anyone can help it'd be appreciated. I mean, it just appeared randomly in the episode (or so that's how i viewed it).
