before anyone says anything yes i know its a webcomic. but i've seen another webcomic get animated so why not MEGATOKYO?

Well, I'd love to see Megatokyo get animated as well. Chances are low though, since it's originally an american webcomic. Plus I'm not sure how they'd handle the difference between speaking japanese and english, unless they can get VA's that speak both fluently.

There are chances that it'll get popular in Japan though, since I remember reading Kondansha will be publishing it there.

yea, unfortunately it would fail as an anime :(

my bro and i have discussed this before, and we always come to the same conclusion, 1337sp34k would cause problems.

i think it has the material to become a great anime, but the 1337sp34k is definitely a big problem.

now brings the question?
How would you incorporate 1337sp34k into an anime's dialogue?

just curious and brainstorming

the only problem with it being an anime is that it would take years to finish, since the writer only produces a page a day and that can be really annoying sometimes
