I mean more like forums refresh don't work and adding completed series to list.

Send message to forums -> refreshed -> message didn't show up -> some minutes ago its finally there

Completed manga -> added to "Completed" list -> once it show up as completed -> refreshed -> it vanished from "Completed" list

Hmm.. anyone else got these problems happened today?

There were some server lag issues but this should be fixed now.
