okaay~ since I'm too lazy to be coordinating you all...i'll just make this thread so PLEASE do check it once in a while~ :3

alrighty~

there are a couple of things so... let the first meeting begin with these topics in mind: XD

1) who wants to make 100 member LE? or will we make one at all?? :D

2) First couple of the month voting shall open on 1st of september and on that day (or the next one) newsletters should be sent to all the members including info such as
a) the official MCs of our club's link
b) the couple of the month poll's link
c) the newsletter subscription link
d) ??? am I forgetting anything?
Jerzhysan, will you manage to make the newsletter layout by that time? :/
Also, please do tell, who'll have time to send out newsletters at all.
I personally think i'll have time for it..but not sure how much since 1st september I shall go to school hand in hand with some stupid 1st grader (last year of school banzaai~) to put it simply, all depends on how many of you can help...but it's weekend so I think it should be fine...

3) Are the official member cards left to Nate or does someone want to add their versions as well? :D

4) Hitsuki volunteered to make us a layout: is there anything we NEED to have on it?

5) Hitsuki also proposed a vote for your fave couples picture poll to be made every week. what does everyone think?

6) I propose a picture hunt game with set themes for every month. and themes could be rather random..such a "tiger" , "forever uke" or...dunno..."food" for all I know. so that 2 weeks would last nominating and then 2 weeks voting? :/ what do you think?

7) any other questions/ideas/proposals?

I wish I could help out with an LE, but at the moment my computer that has photoshop on it isn't working T_T so it could be a while.

I think I'll have time to help with the newsletters this weekend^^

I like the game idea. Will there be some some sort of prize for the winner?

2) I don't think you're forgetting anything but yup, I'll do my best to get the newsletter done by then. I actually don't have wifi (using 3G right now which isn't too healthy with my plan) but I think I can still manage to do it.

3) If Nate is alright with it I'd also be willing to help with the member cards.~ :D 

4) Layout.. I guess just the fundamentals? :D I'm not really sure.

5) Oh the weekly vote sounds great too! It'd be perfect since there are so many pairings in knb.

6) I also agree with -Akie, the game is a good idea. :D

Alrighty~ Then 100 LE will be done by Jerz and Anri (if you can? or can you? there are only 3 members left? :/ do you have time there in Japan?) ? :D

and everyone who is willing to distribute the newsletter, I guess I'll just paste the message that needs to be distributed here and then we can agree on the who will send where to avoid double messages :P

Nate apologized that she won't have time for any other graphics atm but she's doing good with the MCs so it's alright. Jerz, you can talk to Nate about MCs then? :D

I thought that since the game would be monthly it'd be alright to make some kind of little card/badge/some other graphic saying that the person is the best picture huntsmenfujoshi of the ?? month or something...XD

1) I want to make them ^__^ But maybe they won't be so good,because I'm now in this work and I only use photoscape,I'm to lazy to start to learn in others programs xD

I think that if Jerz-chii can and want to help me with the cards, it will be a good idea for me & for users too (they could choose another cards from mine).
Also, actually I'm working on a big banner for our club, and I have no ideas what to write on it... Maybe I must write a club description or smth like that. So, Yurippe-chii, can you write a club description for this banner? Or anybody else?

do you mean doing something like a layout? because I'm pretty sure Hitsu-tan wanted to make it herself...but dunno...

Yep, a layout. But if Hitsu-chii wants to do it, then I think that there is no need for meh to do it too.

And btw, anyone would like me to make a manga caps voting too? Same for oncein a week. So in one month there will be 4 times for the manga caps voting. Anyone agree?

How should we split up the deliveries?

I will start with from the chapter one.mof course I wont post any latest manga caps since I know it will be a spoiler. :( if anyone agree I'll open a poll for it.

Plus about the layout, please let me know what should I put in the layout. About the details and etc. I will make one next week in my day off.

Hitsu-chii,as I've said, the layout needs a club description, but not only...maybe all these words that are currently in club description...I have no ideas.
As images, you can choose one as background where are all boys(or smth like that)....as primary images(above the background), you can use BL pairings.

I think that the short description I posted here is more than enough :3
and then ofc those smaller pics with "banners" "affiliates" and "club navigation"

and it may not seem that way, seeing how i'm commenting here and all that but..i've seriously got no time to be sending newsletters right now...so someone , PLEASE DO IT!!!!! XD
