Hey this may be out of episode 17 but has any1 noticed that in the opening of this 2nd season that has Ao and Eureka and some guy at the left side facing backwards, could that guy be Renton? |

Trust me, everones noticed, and everyones said that. lol. Idk if its Renton, it could very well be, but he just doesnt feel Like Renton unless some things have changed IMO, but who knows ![]() If you really want to fit in, just put Legend of the Galactic Heroes in your top 5 and have it be the only 10-rated anime in your list. |

Oh snap. To say I’ve been less then impressed with these last few episodes would be a tiny bit of an understatement, but this ep just pulled me right back in. Which kind of terrifies me because we're getting pretty close to the end. There is a lot being set up right now. A lot of really cool stuff that if, not done right could end up being pretty disappointing. This episode has brought back a sense of security of the quality we were getting prior a few eps ago, so as long as that keeps up, I’m not going to doubt there ability to end this(or set up for another 25 episodes maybe?) So first off, the thread from last week was answered, it looks like this is an alternate time line, and that this has been happening because of all the quartz that Eureka disappeared with 10 years earlier. She took the quartz dropped it off from the year 1910, to now and is now stuck outside of time, unable to come back. The girls all do exist(although what is Maggie’s fate exactly is unknown) Which is good, no one wanted any of them to be dead. In the op they were replaced with Harlequin. I'm really hoping Renton DOESN'T show up. I hated him in the first series and while I’m sure he's gotten more bad ass(I mean building a new prototype LFO is kinda awesome.) Having eureka is more then enough, so I’m hoping they'll pull another Rentons dad and only have a short thing with him in it. So pretty obvious now, Truth is the boy that Johansson found, but that does not answer how he has powers. If his goal is to erase the Scub coral, he could do so easily with this new gun, but I still just don't understand what the balls is up with this guy. It's nice to know what Johansson has been writing this whole time. For so long all we've gotten was just people talking about the book but not what was in it. So now that we know that alt time lines are involved things get a little more clear(complicated.) The secret is still in control of Georg and no one seems to be worried about the fact that it was able to access the system so easily and they didn't check to make sure it still wasn’t connected. No one wants to check the high tech VI that's connected to all the pilots, IFOs, The ship systems and all things Generation Bleu, and make sure that something that may or may not be there enemy is in control of all of there systems. The preview for next week has no Voice over! which made me sad. And it was pretty much just Noah eating Candy with other scenes thrown in, so I really don't know what I’m looking to, but I am looking forward to it. I sometimes watch lots of anime. I sometimes write reviews of said anime at my website. http://www.crawken.com/ |

They should end the series with a long, badass movie. It would also make up for the shitty e7 movie they did make |

Wow. An episode with more answers than questions. We're finally able to start putting the pieces together on what's going on. I still don't see how they can finish it in what, 7 chapters is it? Maybe there will be a season 2 after all? I desperately want Truth to be massively humilliated by Ao before the end. But I know that I won't get that pleasure. Foppery and whim is all I need in life |

The thing that I don't understand is when the gun comes around and Truth is all yeah this is what I was looking for. He then throughs Ao into the ocean to get the gun and then Ao comes back to grab it and Truth just let's him have it and takes off? Why? I mean...if he's been looking for it wouldn't he keep it or at least fight to keep it? Did I miss something there? * Conspiracy Theory Alert* What if Truth is like some weird version of Renton due to all the time changing and stuff...lol doubtful but whatever. |

Am I imagining things, or did Georg's "other personality" had the same voice actor as Norb? Could it have been Norb? He did sound like he knew a lot of things, and acted like how Norb would act. |

Eureka is lost in time and space and AO's world is a variation of our world, I wanted to see Ao pull the trigger but he was afraid using the gun. He has to figure out how that gun works if he wants to see Eureka again. It's so weird that no one tries to find out what the hell is going on with George, seriously, and Elena says something weird again but is Ao questioning her, no, he doesn't. There has to be a reason why Rebecka didn't say anything during the preview. |

Anyone else notice the background music + OP/END music has gotten/is much better than at the start of the series :P I just did. |
