Because most psychological battles are written in seinen manga

But demogrpahic doesn't necessarily define who will like it - I'm an adult female, and even as a teenage girl I enjoy(ed) Seinen more than any other demographic. By saying you 'don't understand it' you're limiting yourself - because they aren't that difficult to understand. Seriously, Chi's Sweet Home and Yotsuba are seinen. If you think those are difficult to get then you have issues.

Well said.

On an unrelated note, do you know whether the dub for Haibane Renmei is any good?

In answer to OP, Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

It's actually quite good. Better than 90% of the dubs I've heard.
