An iPad version is definitely coming, once more features have been added, such as media (videos, images). Just bought this app, working great so far. I'd like to see Media for anime added next personally. Also, I'd love to see support for landscape mode at some point, as I almost always have my iPad on a stand for watching video. |

It's finally here! I've always been wondering when someone would make an app for MAL, and finally someone has done it! From the screenshots in the app store, it looks pretty slick. Haven't bought it yet as I am waiting for the release of the iPad version (don't got an iPhone, and my iPad is the main way I read manga). Anyway, can't wait till this gets updated! Keep up the good work! :D |

Oh snap! I'm very sorry for everyone who is having problems with logging in. I will be investigating this issue today and will push a fix and a few new features very soon! I'll keep you posted.. Bought the app. Looks to be pretty good, so far it's better than Pocket MAL. A few suggestions I have for it, and will add more if I can think of them. 1. Add the episode count onto each list, and a + button on there for quick updating. Don't make it so I have to go into the page for that specific anime to add one episode to the count, i.e. the same way the web version currently works. 2. Show the MAL community rating (not just my own rating) in the search page, on the same row. Also a thumbnail of the picture for that anime. Essentially a mobile optimized version of http://myanimelist.net/anime.php 3. Link to the description page for that anime. In app link to the anime description page. Thank you for doing this. MAL needs a quality mobile app. |

Bought the app. It runs fluently, but: - I really need the manga list in the app. You could simply add a button in the top down tool bar. It would be like that: Search - Anime List - Manga List. I hope you have adding the manga data to the app in your plans, I bought the app with this in mind: I read a chapter/volume, I pick my iPod Touch and update my MAL (instead of going to the pc, turn it on, load the browser, log in into MAL and finally do the update). - I don't like to go into the details of a series of my list just to look up wich episode was the last I watched. FurukawaPan's first suggestion is perfect in my opinion. Thanks for the app, I really need it. |
