Alita from BAA. She's a monster when she goes berserk. Ladd Russo from Baccano. Hans Günsche, Rip Van Winkle, Luke Valentine, Doc and Integra from Hellsing all use guns and are covered in blood at some point. Baccano should be in the relations as well and Eden: It's an Endless World! have both a lot of highly realistic weapons and an acceptable dose of gore here and there. Ehehe. Added Kaze from FFU. Series may be a steaming pile of anal refuse, but at least he was somehow cool, in a Squall wannabe kind of way. His gun wins the prize for being one of the ugliest and silliest ever, topped only by Vash's magical bio-cannon-arm. I think that MPD Psycho (manga) should be on the list it's a pretty bad ass manga that has a decent amount of gore and a lot of corpses and nothing like the multiple personality disorder and having one of the personalties be a murdering psycho as well as having all kinds of other psychopath killers on the loose.
