THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The time paradox actually makes you think in this episode. Also, it appears the episodes are still not going in chronological order as this is about Watashi meeting her Assistant. |

Using old time equipment and going back time?! Wow. Creepy dog, bananas, and assistant... they are hint to this arc? Many Watashi were also created. All because of the fairies, who want "them" to make more cookies. Modified by tsubasalover, 08-12-12, 9:15 AM |

So much Watashi! Very nice. Interesting how one can time travel by slipping on a banana peel. XD |

So many Watashis, I want them all. This episode mindfucked me, what's wrong with all those dogs, and what happened to assistant? I don't know, but it was great. Endless eight done right. And since I like Assistant very much, I know I'm going to enjoy next episode. |

"watashitachi" has never been more true. This episode was damn trippy. Waiting for next week to see what's actually going on. Also, after this series finished airing I will try and rearrange the episodes in something that resembles a chronological order I want Rambo in a mecha-suit with a laser-chainsaw gun that fires nuclear warheads, fighting the love-child of Predator, Alien, a group of Bangladeshi terrorists, and Satan. (Actually that would be a pretty sick show) - StopDropAndBowl |

First episode where I really had to think about it. Wow, great with all the time paradoxes. Haha, reminded me a bit of Steins;Gate. In most animes, time paradoxes are usually frustrating (do I need to mention Endless Eight? >.< [I did tough through it though XD]), but I think Jinrui wa Sutai Shimashita pulled it off pretty well! :D I'm also pretty sure that the show is going backwards now, with the hair-cutting last episode as well. This. Show. Is. Amazing. <3 Tomoya said: Nagisa, I found it. I finally found it. Something only I can protect. The precious thing only I can protect. It was...right here. |

Cratex said: "arigato gozai...masen" - Watashi Possibly the funniest quote in the entire series so far. xD Anyway, great episode. Like many others, I couldn't help but be reminded of Endless Eight (which I personally liked a lot), but this time paradox has a completely different feel to it. Slowly figuring out what was going on throughout the episode was tons of fun, while Watashi handling her 'tachis so calmly was just priceless. Very curious about next week's ep, especially since Assistant is my favorite character along with Watashi. |

Now that's how you handle a groundhog day-esque time loop. Not surprising to see the tradition of non-chronological episodes continue. I must admit that nonlinear narative works very well in this anime. More cerebral episode and no ubiquitous satire this time, but that is not to say this was any short of great. In fact, it's probably my favourite episode so far. For the most part, it had a rather unsettling feel to it which I loved. Those whimsical, creepy perma-smiling fairies seem pretty powerful and I think we've seen only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to their nature. Ah, I wish this wasn't a one-cour anime. Man, why did that dog remind me of Kyubey in a way... Nice to see this anime's version of time paradox/repeating events. Pretty easy to follow IMO and not damn boring. |

Just gotta say the show needs to give the fairies as much screen time as possible. The combination of creepy/cute/funny is what I love about the show. They also are just little kids with god like powers if you think about it. I mean they trolled Watashi just so they could have more candy XD I hope you check out my blog! Hybrid Anime |

Well, we got to see a lot of Watashi this episode... literally. Also, the fairies are awesome - they create a time paradox, using bananas of all things, just so they can have more sweets made for them. That is such a convoluted plan for such a shallow and selfish goal - I love it. |
