Is there any way character's without surnames could also be alphabetized? I know that with clubs when people suggest characters sometimes they can't find them on the list and end up posting someone that has already been added. It would also be very helpful for series that have more characters without surnames than with.

It is true that you could use CTRL+ F, unless of course you don't know how the spell the characters name and only have the first letter to go off of, but if that's the case why even half alphabetize them in the beginning? It would probably be best to alphabetize them while still keeping them above the characters with surnames to avoid confusion.

I really like MAL, it's a very useful site and I think this change would help people find the characters they look for faster and more efficiently.
