Since this isn't much of a spoiler, I won't bother. It's been speculated that the anime currently running will cover ALO (at least until the end of Volume 4). I haven't seen anything definitive, but since the character list on the anime page lists Suguha under it, it's a pretty safe bet that ALO will be included.

Nope. Chances are high that season 1 will only cover vol.1 & 2.

If the sales are great, we might be expecting a 2nd season for ALO.

Edit: Wait... Now I have my doubts when I suddenly thought of something -_-

This has been talked about before and, for the most part we have pretty much agreed Season 1 (25 Episodes) will cover Volumes 1-4 and, some extra side stories here and, there.

Personally I would have prefered 12 Episodes of Vol. 1 with on NEEDED side stories and, 25 episodes for ALO

Really the only thing we can do is wait and, see nothing else. Anything will say is all speculation with no foundation.

First of all, I really think the thread title should have a spoiler tag...this clearly is out of bounds of the current anime.

Onto my answer though: the chances are this season will include the next arc in the LN if there will be 25 episodes. Think about it this way, we're 5 episodes in and most of the SAO-related side chapters are done. What's really left isn't much for 20 more episodes.

I wonder, has anyone found any solid information about what they will do for these 25 episodes? I know it's widely agreed that they will include volumes 3-4 but has anyone actually read anything concrete about its confirmation?

No, I don't think it's possible for any official information to be announced on this. Because...

I'm guessing you mean't the title needs to be changed right?

The title works for both.

What I am confused about is what is ALO. How was it made?

Who made it if the original creator might be dead?

Why save Asuna there? Is not SAO enough to save her?

I personally care not for spoiler nor shall have time for the LN so might as well feed me the info.

Considering they crammed half of volume 2 into 2 episodes, chances are, they will do first 4 volumes after all.

Not just transferred "somebody", moved them to ALO by force. Before Everyone can log out, he already secured those 300 accounts to ALO's server

You should just avoid every thread to be honest, every thread including the discussion threads are bombarded and filled with Light Novel spoilers and discussion unrelated to the episode.

They will animate Volume 1 to 4 in this season, it's been confirmed since the start so it's not even up to debate.
On the official website, Lyfa is listed in the character cast alongside her seiyu.

In the "Cast" section there's Lyfa (リーファ) name's under Asuna's (アスナ)

^ True that, I wanted him gone before that conversation was even over. Once he had the whole "Once I finally have you, you aren't going to have a choice but to want it" thing with Asuna I wanted him dead, the real clincher though was when basically said "First I'm going to rape you here, then I'm going to rape you in the real world". That was when he crossed the Moral Event Horizon
