Original Card Battle Anime 'Fantasista Doll' Announced - Forums

According to Newtype magazine, an original anime project "Fantasista Doll" was announced. Although Taniguchi Goro is the producer of the project, this work is unrelated to the previously announced cosplayer's anime.

Anyway, card battle games don't generally interest me, but that's more because they tend to be kids' shows rather than because card battle mechanics per se are bad. Depending what kind of demographic they're targeting, I might like this. With it coming from Newtype I assume I'm indeed in the target demographic.

And the character designs seem copies: Haruka of iM@S, Snow Miku, Victorique from Gosick, and the ones partly seen above seem like mixes of popular charas.
