Something like Angel Beats, Infinite Stratos, Sword Art Online, or Code Geass.

Well i really don't know what im looking for, but its somewhere along the lines of action/fighting, romance, highschool, supernatural/superpowers or some kind of power, and some drama. Those are the main things im looking for, but the anime doesn't have to have all of them :P.

Here is some things why i enjoyed the mentioned anime so much:

Angel Beats: Enjoyable characters and the crazy badass T.K. Good plot line and a little side romance with some action. A hint of mystery/ that drew me into the story more. Great humor.

Infinite Stratos: Enjoyable characters again, its a mech anime, has specific mech types meaning everyone was different in a way which contributes to the action or w/e. Had its funny moments. Sexy animation and action sequences. The fight in the beginning really drawed my attention.

Sword Art Online: I havent actually seen the anime yet, but it seems to fit most of my categoires. Im into the whole MMORPG if you die you die forever sort of thing. I heard that it has unique characters as well so it seems like a great anime.
*edit* just saw one episode of this.. and omg the plot and storyline seem so friggen amazing.

Code Geass: Simply put my favorite anime. It had everything i wanted basically. It had highschool life, amazing characters, great action with mechs, a side dish of romance and comedy, but it mainly focused on action.


Also the anime you recommend me doesnt have to have all the criteria that i put, but something close to it. The action doesn't solely need to be based on mecha but with some action.

From what I read you like action and a little bit of everything so here's a list of my favorites plz read all of them cuz it took me awhile to type them out1!

=MM!-is about a masochist who constantly gets beat up by beautiful girls and enjoys it. He falls for Mio and Yunno
=Maid Sama-The girl hates men and the most popular guy in school falls for her it was my fav for a year!
=Zero No Tsukiam/The Familiar of Zero-There is action in it I will warn you....but the romance element is amazing and soesn't kick in until season 2 so if you really want romance watch episode 1 then skip to season 2
=Yosuga No Sora- THERE IS TWINCEST if you don't like that don't watch this...It shows the characters legit having s3x from the top half just boobs and faces and groaning(;
=Angel Beats-Enemies fall for eachother
=EF: A tale of memories- 2 different love stories going on at once very good and the animation is amazing
=Kanokon-MAINLY FAN SERVICE I mean boobs every 2 minutes
=Special A-Not ecchi at all but the romance is definatly there and it's develoed well
=Vampire Knight- So common I don't even have to explain
=To Love Ru- There is a love triangle but the 3rd person is no competition so it's totally worth it
=Rosario Vampire-It's a harem but the romance is spectacular

Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari

Do yourself a favor and watch Haibane Renmei.

I would recommend Denpa onna to seishun otoko (supernatural, romance, high school)
It might be low on drama and no fighting action, but the characters are quite enjoyable.

Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! Has a quite good comedy, enjoyable characters, and a few actions.

Sora no Otoshimono-ecchi/action/comedy/drama, a must watch

Haibane Renmei

Seto no Hayanome

Mawaru Penguindrum

Eureka Seven

Elfen Lied-lots of gore/nudity, but one of the greatest series ever made IMO
