So all three are amnesiacs, and all three have some connection to Secondari. Margaret has the book, Madlax has the missing page, and the bloodstains on the pages are Doon's.

There is apparently some sort of other world that the two children (who as of yet we know next to nothing about) inhabit, and it is possibly the source of the mysterious power that Secondari and the Eleis language possess. Enfant knows about this power and apparently has some control over it. Margaret seems to have some connection to this other world as well, as we saw the children bleed through to her world for a moment in the Luciano episode. This might be where her feeling of Vanessa being "close" comes from as well.
