I have been experiencing this problem for quite some time. Whenever I try to change my current background to something of a brighter origin, it never changes. Could someone please tell me why this is occurring? Many thanks in advance!

Sometimes it takes a while until an uploaded image changes. Maybe there was also an error message, a wallpaper must be under 402Kb.

If it still doesn't change after several hours and you don't get an error message, please post the image here so I can test it.

This keeps happening to me also it says wait 5 minuets for it to change but a hole hour goes by and it still wont change, WTF is wrong with this website? And it also does the same thing with profile pics and avatars, it is so annoying it's really getting on my nerves now.
