but, at least I knew the fact that now we already have that kind of technology such as Kinect that make us possible to play the game without controller. just imagine what kind of game controller we will have in 10 years from now.

from what I've already experienced as a gamer from 1997 to 2012. it's possible to have that kind of technology in the future.
If you're talking to real life graphic game, I agree with you it's almost impossible. But if SAO mean graphic with great detail that make everything almost looks like real life. It's really possible to be made in the 10 years.

Kinect is utter crap. Everyone who owns it and who tries to play hardcore games on it will tell you so.

And "mind controlled" games already existed back in 2007, even earlier. This technology is still too primitive. Way too primitive.

Processing power to run and maintain SAO server and game is way ahead of what we have now. Even current generation CPUS and GPUS struggle to run MMOs Like Terra or Guild Wars 2.

That traile from square enix was probably pre-rendered, meaning it's not the actual game's graphic.

There is a difference between "mind controlled" and "mind controlling" games.
