I liked Ano Hana, but retelling doesn't sound very interesting. But I'' still check it out when it airs.  |

Just think about it people, the anime was like 9 episodes too long, a movie format would probably trim all the unnecessary bullshit. Menma 2.0 : You can (not) get more annoying. |

I'm not too thrilled about a retelling but I'm sure Menma's POV will add some interesting perspective to the story. I also thought the series dragged on a bit at points so seeing everything condensed will be nice too.  |

Maybe they'll "fix" the ending, ya know, make it a bit quieter, with less crying and screaming Bloody Mary. Just a suggestion... But anyways, interesting or not, even if it's just a recap, I know I'll still watch it. |

I might actually like this more than the TV series, since the main weakness of the series is that it's a concept that was too long for a 13-episodes series. That's why they filled it with forced drama.
