When I watch animes such as say Mirai Nikki I get really attached any idea how to not get so attached to animes?
When I get attached I start thinking of it alot and keep wishes they will make new animes and such.

On a side note does anyone know if there will be a Season 2 for Mirai Nikki I heard some speculation about that.

I realized after watching more and more anime my attachment to characters began to dwindle more and more, so i guess thats the only advice i have...watch more anime.

And to your mirai nikki question i have no clue lol.

Its Ikaros from Sora no Otoshimono! Fantastic anime you should watch it, it has two seasons and a third is coming out soon. It has to be one of the funniest anime i have ever seen.

1. I think we all get a bit attached.

2. I don't think there'll be a second Mirai Nikki, but maybe an OVA.

3. Please fix the vague topic title before a mod has to do it for you. (See The Rules: #9)

I will be watching that most likely next then :), also do you ever rewatch animes?
I liked Mirai and I kinda wanna rewatch it later because of how much I liked it.

When its such great animes/manga, of course I'm going to get glued to the screen and try (but sometimes not notice that I should or foget) think more of the reality of the characters

so, yeah I love it when I actually get attached to the story or the characters! x3

As for your 2nd question, there is a special. And they said they're going to make an OVA or something (not the one thats already there)
as for a 2nd season, probably not. Would be weird because they're not supposed to.

But let me tell you the truth, though I won't spoil you.
The way the anime ended isn't the real ending, so it wasn't supposed to end like that.
And that (stuff that aren't real and not followed by the manga, is called a FILLER)

Read the manga if you want to see the real ending.

Alright thank you for that, also I saw the real ending I kinda got a little emotional over it.

Edit your original post. There's a field for topic there.

Maybe make it something like "Do you get attached to anime?"

Only anime i have ever re-watched is clannad, which i absolutely love. I dont re-watch anime much because i have a lot of anime i want to watch (as you can see with my PTW list) so im waiting until i bring the size of the list down a bit and then after that i see myself looking back at old anime. If you really enjoyed mirai as much as you did id go back to it after watching a few different anime and see how you compare it to the others or if your opinion has changed on it at all.

Nikki Mirai was really good, but I don't think there will be a second season since the manga ended. The point of anime is to get attached so you keep watching so it's okay for you to get attached

Well I just looked up Mirai Nikki Special and found a website that has it.
Going to look up the OVA thing if anyone has a link to either just incase for the Special or OVA please link me.

EDIT: Did anything change in the Special? http://www.animecrazy.net/mirai-nikki-special-episode-1/
Seems really close to the actual except shortened.

Just remember it's for entertainment and everything must come to an end. Get used to it.

The anime that I'm most recently attached to is Darker Than Black.
I just finished season 2 and hope they get a move on and make a 3rd season soon.

Other brilliant anime that I really want to see more of:
These are all the shows that I feel deserve (or need) another season:
It's a bit long, so...

Once I got out of Jr.high I stopped caring. Frankly I'm more glad they don't go on forever now. I'd rather them be short and sweet than drag on and it be plagued by shitty fillers.

I like short and sweet aswell but then I miss it and want more :(
