Once I got out of Jr.high I stopped caring. Frankly I'm more glad they don't go on forever now. I'd rather them be short and sweet than drag on and it be plagued by shitty fillers.

uhh i hate to ask but whos that in your avatar and sig?

Nikki Mirai was really good, but I don't think there will be a second season since the manga ended. The point of anime is to get attached so you keep watching so it's okay for you to get attached
I don't think there is any possible way to continue the story without completely going against the original creators wishes. And I don't think there is anymore they can add without dragging it on and it getting repetitive, boring or shifting genre all together. But believe me if there was a way they could make it happen I would kill for it.

If I really like an anime, I tend to get attached to it. But I usually get more attached to characters than anime.

I think the term OP is looking for is waifu. Just buy a body pillow and a fleshlight. 2D can't love you back, but they can't hurt you either.

I know what you mean, the ending wasn't bad so it really should be left alone.

I realized after watching more and more anime my attachment to characters began to dwindle more and more, so i guess thats the only advice i have...watch more anime.

And to your mirai nikki question i have no clue lol.

I think after you've seen enough anime they just become more and, more predictable about characters and, personalities. I think it comes from watching to much anime xD

I don't want all of my favorite anime to go on for a long, long time unless the "story" allows for it.

And the only 2 anime in my top 15 that allow for that too happen are Strike witches(1#) and yuru yuri(4#). As neither don't really have a plot(but amazing characters(and comedy in yuru yuri))
I don't think either of those 2 anime can really have fillers..

Yes, I do. I see it as a sign of a good anime.

Yes, if I'm in no way attached to the characters by the time the anime is over, then I probably didn't enjoy the anime very much.

I occasionally get really attached to anime, but that happened a lot more in the past. If I get that feeling nowadays (i.e. a sense of loss when the anime finishes) then I consider it to be one of the best I have ever seen, that's how rarely I get it now.

When I re-watch a anime I relive the moment, nothing ends just need to keep enjoying what it has!!!!! Read the manga, reread the manga if your that attached!

I get attached easily if it is a real life or school drama anime
but if it is fantasy or any supernatural I don't
I like to relate characters to my life ... and i would always put myself in their shoes , that's why i get attached easily :)
