If Rogue and Sting are both third generation dragon slayers what is natsu... hes obviously first generation but he has eaten and controlled lightning... he also ate etherion although he was poisoned as a result he has also eaten the black flames... it could simply be learning to eat new elements but at the same time can it be that simple.... especially because he has some connection to Zeref aswell... really he is one big enigma. Still a great fight and i can't wait for the fight to get even more intense. |

i have to say this was a pretty good chapter but 3 power ups?! didn't expect the gap between them and natsu to be so big,kinda hoping something big happens before the match ends |

Truly EPIC! This was soo good that i read it 5 times already now i gotta wait to see what dragon force looks like. I feel like a little girl selling girl scout cookies waiting for them to bring bring out that cash yes waiting sigh gotta wait a week >.<  |

The thing is it doesn't matter what generation you are. That stuff is all just bs. Everything depends on your parents and your own strive I think. I bet sabertooth dragon slayer parents were just weak piece of shit or since they were parents they got caught offguard when they were killed. Either that or sabertooth dragon slayer "think" that they killed their parents when they really didn't. Either way they are just weak piece of crap that got some artificial boosts and started to spout this "third gen" nonsense. Imo the only true dragon slayers in the series is natsu, gajeel and wendy. The only one that comes to close to them in terms of power is laxus even tho he is artificial. Their power up isn't gonna do shit. Natsu and gajeel barely struggled against them even after their second power up. A third one isn't gonna be that big of a deal. Modified by huehue93, 08-03-12, 4:37 PM |

OMFG! This chapter is absolutely amazing! I really think that Natsu &Gajeel are going to win. I mean come one, they didn't even look like they struggle at all. You saw Gajeel's reaction to their dragon force. Hmph. I bet he thought it was nothing. And like what everyone else is thinking, Natsu & Gajeel barely even tried during Sting & Rogue's 2nd power up. But not going to lie, I kinda want a twist & have Fairy Tail to lose then at the same time I don't want it to happen. Sabortooth is too much of a jackass to even let them win the whole tournament thing. I really want them to suffer and feel what it's like not to be all that when they're really just all talk.  |

The thing I don't understand is....didn't Gajeel go Dragonforce mode during his fight with Natsu? Why hasn't he done that ever since? I mean, with that, he could probably stand more of a chance, while Natsu hardly needs Dragonforce when he has his lightning flame mode.  |

On one hand it was an incredibly badass chapterr for Gajeel and Natsu, but after all they hype Sting and Rogue were way to weak. I realize they're just using there full power now, but it was still a big letdown. |
