FUNimation announced the following new acquisitions:
Sentai Filmworks announced the acquisition of Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! (NAKAIMO - My Little Sister Is Among Them!) for digital release and home video release next year. NIS America announced the acquisition of Umineko no Naku Koro ni (Umineko: When They Cry). The series will be released in two Premium Edition volumes on Blu-ray in December. NIS do anime mpre in the US then in Japan i tthnk they would get more money from getting the games out wider world thhy tey would form anime my 11 main things i rate on 1 Impact on Impact on industry both the anime and Original Manga had 2 TV Ratings in Japan [ Gross for movies Unit sales for OVAs 3 Manga Ka of the Sourcework 4 how loyal the anime stayed to its source how well the compare to other big name in its genre 5 Seiyuu casting [ how many i know by voice i use the royal I here ] 6 Impact on General Pop Culture in Japan and the West 7 Impact on Otaku Culture in Japan and the West 8 Music[ Instrumentation] 9 merchandise sales 10 art style 11 Studio who produced the anime[ and what thay have done for the industry] |

AND Funimation got more episodes of Fairy Tail (24 more to be specific) & One Piece (season 5:episodes 264 - 336). Terribly excited for Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari, NakaImo, and Akira. I'd be more excited about Umineko if it weren't Blu-Ray only :| BEATRICE-SAMA, I HAVE FAILED YOU. |

Hyouka has seriously not been licensed yet? It's such a good series. It's better than so much of this other stuff that is being licensed. |

Funimation Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari (Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar) hell yes! i know they dub and they better eng dub this. i'm really hoping Hyouka doesnt get licensed by NISA. either Funi or Sentai, i dont care, they better have eng dub for Hyouka. Modified by LordDango, 08-02-12, 8:31 PM |

I am SO excited that FUNimation has decided to license Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari. I'll also be able to pick up the Strong World movie. Both of these I was really, REALLY hoping would get licensed, so I can add them to my collection. On another note, they even have Tenchi Universe as a complete DvD set for sale, which I have also been hoping to get my hands on. |
