It's not a pop-up, because it's in the same window... but it's one of those pop-up like ads.

The 'x' to close it is on the right past my scroll bar, and when I scroll over to close the ad, it moves the ad over too, making it literally impossible for me to close the ad without reloading. I'll screenshot it next time it happens
I could just be my screen resolution, but who knows..

Mod Edit: Descriptive title.

Sorry about that. We know some of those ads are a bit too aggressive. It can be blacklisted if you know who the ad is from, so screenshot would be enough. Let us know.

It very well probably is my screen resolution, (which is 1280x800) but that's just ridiculous

Anyways.. Thanks :)

Did you need to roll-over it before it popped out or did it automatically pop out?

I think it automatically popped up, but I could easily have rolled over it without realizing.

Because I do remember that every time it popped up, there was a smaller version of the ad in the upper right

I see there is another ad for the same place that say 'roll over to join now' or something like that has a smaller pop up... so this one might be one that automatically pops up.

I have passed this information along. Unfortunately, I was told that these type of roll-over ads are good sources of revenue for our site - which keeps our servers going - so I can't guarantee to what extent they will be limited. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I can see how they'd produce a good revenue..
Thanks for at least trying! :)
