We welcome anyone in the staff. You can apply in all of the positions that you can, but please do not overwork yourself. This topic may be closed sometimes but it will be opened again next time. *Positions in color red is currently not available.

People who are applying for any position that concerns graphics should provide at least 3 samples of their previous works.

Kindly include how many hours/days you are online in a week. Or how often you can visit the club.

Please do not overwork yourself. If you already applied for a heavy job, like a card maker or newsletter sender, do not apply for any heavy jobs anymore. I think three positions are already too much for a person.

You will be informed in your profile if you were accepted in the position.

General Graphics
(can make a striking layout and display picture when asked)

Card Makers
(people who knows the basic of card making and can make at least ten cards a month)
Promoted to: Admin
Needed: as many as possible

Newsletter Senders
(should be online weekly and are long-tempered people)
*25 members : 1 newsletter sender
Promoted to: Admin
Needed: 2

Card Deliverers
(should be available when card makers ask for help)
Promoted to: Officer
Needed: 2

Game Makers
(people that are creative and friendly)
Promoted to: Admin
Needed: 3

Banner Makers
(same as card makers but should make a few banners not as often as card making)

Forum Monitor
(people who are friendly and they should look out in closing LEs and other related things)

Needed: 2

Member Inviters
(should know quite many people in MAL)

(people who knows a lot of other clubs)

Times Available: Everyday and all day if I'm not busy with anything.

It sounds like it might be too much work but it's actually not. I'm used to handling multiple jobs, even ones that are a heavy load.

And helping to take care of a club is something I'm experienced with. My experiences branches out to guilds in MMOs and school clubs, where I held officer positions, helping to run the guilds/clubs, especially if the leader isn't available :)
