Combined polls: 20: Cu Chulainn 19: Caren 18: Extra Caster 17: Ilya 16: Akiha 15: Waver 14: Extra Saber 13: Kohaku 12: Shirou 11: Kiritsugu 10: Alice 9: Gilgamesh 8: Sakura 7: Aoko 6: Iskander 5: Arcueid 4: Rin 3: GARcher 2: Ryougi 1: Saber Nanaya at 30th...Kirei at 21st and 27th but combined votes would have beaten Kiritsugu...Bazett 35th and Avenger at 38th...those 11s and their shit taste... And Waver beating Ilya...my mind is full of fuck As a child, I was told that society is a melting pot of talents; knowledge and experience combined to form important alloys that will contribute to mankind. When I got to highschool, however, I thought that it's more like a river in which the water represents our peers while we ourselves are the stones in the river. Constant erosion by mindless majority sheeping has made us lose our unique edge. After I hit the age of 18, I realized that I've been wrong all along. Society is no melting pot. Society is no river. Society is a person, a very skilled rapist, and he has fucked us all. |

Then you should read the third because it's like eating the shittiest parts of a cake first and stopping at the more delicious parts just because all you've been eating so far have been shit. Also, in order to understand Shirou better you have to go through his bad ends and tiger dojos. The fact he doesn't find human happiness in Fate route and lives like a machine until he dies? Awesome to me. The pains for him to regain and defend his piece of happiness in HF is also amazing.
