I'm a sucker for amazing art and animation and as mentioned earlier the story seems promising. so hooked at this point. though i did lol @ the arrow scene. It was just TOO matrix-y. |

that was pretty fukken badass. Reminds me of ninja scroll. The action is also very well done. I'm putting this on my watch list for sure. Only down sides are opening song was horrid, only song i have ever heard that made my ears actualy hurt. And I listen to metal for christ sakes. Also the script of alittle predictable . Half the time I was saying in my head what they where gonna say next before they even said it. Modified by Jigero, 10-20-08, 7:53 PM It doesn't think, it doesn't feel, it doesn't laugh or cry..... wow... the first episode absolutely blew me away... love the animation... the fight scenes were well done too... girl is still hot even though she's doing some kinky stuff lol  |

I really enjoyed the first episode! I am currently taking a East Asian History history course, and we just finished going over the Kamakura shogunate, so it's pretty awesome to now watch an anime that is set in the same time period we just studied. I think I would find it pretty confusing if I didn't understand the historical background to it... Humans are shameless creatures that carelessly ignore any misfortune which does not befall them directly. They can --and often do-- turn a blind eye to all manner of wickedness so long as it does not touch them or their kin. They will bow thier heads, condemning those victims for bringing calamity upon themselves, and cast their eyes toward heaven in thanks while their neighbours lay dying around them. ~Soren, Fire Emblem: Path Of Radiance  |
