if this has a ratio of 70:30, battles: ecchi, I'll give it a go. But judging from the covers it looks like another fanservice anime(30:70 Battles:Ecchi).....not sure.

Especially watching so many crappy harems this season....well except two of em -_-

Cute designs, definitely. But like some others have mentioned, I have to see how much of a harem anime this is. I've found that I like less and less and less of the "normal high school boy gets powers and a harem and it's sort of an action/romance/comedy anime" shows lately. Thankfully most shows aren't like that, so even if I dropped all of them I'd still have plenty of anime to watch.

There are still some gems, like Dog Days (a show others brought up) which is goddamned fantastic. Maybe because it really downplays the multi-party angle, and while a lot of the girls throw attention at Cinque, their feelings for him are not their defining character traits and not their main purpose in the story. It also helps immensely that I find Cinque really likeable.

I find that when it comes to "multiple romantic options" anime, what separates shows I love from shows I hate is hard to put into words. But the above comments about why I like DD are probably close to what I'm feeling. If we've got to have a male protagonist, I want him to be reasonably competent and likable, and I want him to be able to interact with the girls as people, not as "this week's source of irrelevant fanservice cliches". (Which in no way means I'm against fanservice - I just want good fanservice of characters I care about.)

If this story meets those criteria, I'm game.

Sounds moderately interesting. I might watch it. Depends on what else airs the same season as it.

Designs are pretty cute, synopsis could go either way, but still felt like mediocre materials.

In the end, this will be determined with quality of the MC and the girls, and the amount of stupidity in plot+development. Good, healthy fanservice should be OK as long it's reasonable and not overblown.

Ehhh... The synopsis interested me, but when I saw the character designs all I could think of was "ecchi moe harem". I guess I'll have to wait for a PV or the first episode to determine whether it's watchable for me or not.

The synopsis couldn't' be less interesting.
