some one should b president/ have elections, inactive b ppl should b kicked from club to see how many memeber r truly active 3- 4 weeks with no activity should seem fair for a kick out, got lots more |

and maybe a school club to join lets a club for all vampires to hang out one for the nekos humans/etc and the club can allow ppl join so long they become one of them |

you would just say i nominate (enter name) i can bring a link to the club with the candidates names and actually vote for it ad tells u who won by how much percenatges etc |
