Whaaa- everyone died? Wow
I have to say it was awsome, but I'm kinda surprised. What will happen in the next ones if everyone is dead already?

Anyway, lots of blood. Cool.

Good start in a serie I would say. Probably some scene of (from the viewpoint of the speculated second ep) the past that we saw now, but honestly I have no idea.

Except for the censoreship this looks great and I'll look forward to more.

Was the sMi version censored too? Had enough blood for me... :)

finished watching it,don't want to upset people since everyone here liked it,but i found it very dissapointing,especially with all the great comments it has received,lots of unintentional humor,the dialogs were pretty cheesy for a series(or at least this episode) that tries to be serious,it's a dissapointment for me but at least not as much as with real drive u_u

Awesome soundtrack and awesome ending. Interesting enough to keep watching.

but man i have to admit, that was one of the most intense first eps i have seen in a while. actually did anyone notice that a lot of action/supernatural/gore anime are in this fall's lineup? much like how there were lots of harem/school/comedies a couple of seasons back :P

anyways, good show. gotta watch the 2nd ep but i hope that first ep wont be the last ep. (you know telling the story backwards or something). that would be a pain in the ass

GAREI - ZERO - episode 02

That was a a crazy awesome first episode...
-The music was sick
-The animation in the beginning was choppy but it got MUCH better later on
-I've wanted a motorcycle since my sophomore year in high school and I am now seriously envious of Natsuki.
-Mami with the "See you in heaven" made me go "oh shit! crazy!"
-The jumpsuit def. aren't my taste... Ghostbusters anyone? Swap them in for black leather and I'm sold.

The censoring ruined an otherwise 5/5 first ep.

P.s. WTF! they all died!!!??? I'm still tripping out! wasn't even planning on watching Ga-Rei *sigh* alas my list continues to grow

Oh my holy crap wtf was that. Wow, I just don't know what to say right now.

Well this was, to say the least, interesting, this series surely has my attention now, I can't believe what they just did in that first single episode.
I haven no idea what's happening, haven't read the manga and don't know anything about the story of Ga-Rei but darnit I really want to see the next episode.

I was ready to give up on this before the ending, which has me intrigued for the second episode. However, I was not into anything before that at all, save for Natsuki's ass kicking motorcycle moves, which everyone else also seems to love, haha. The monsters struck me more as goofy-looking than scary or threatening, so I could not take the story seriously at all. Hopefully the next ep improves on this.

yep totally agree! got a little bored with all the action of the first 75/90% of the ep. (im not rly an action person). then it gets kind of interesting, as theres some kind of attack by a mysterious girl. then, what do you know, THEY ALL DIE?!??!?!?!?!?! WHT THE HECK IS UP WIV THIS SCREWED UP ANIME??

I just thought that I'd let everyone know that has been asking why it doesn't follow the manga, the series was announced to be a SPINOFF of the manga. This means, original story.

Unexpectedly great! That was a very nice episode, great music and sweet action scenes. Can't wait to see the next episode. Even the bike was authentic!

I was totally onboard, bad art direction for cg creatures and all, until the last 5 minutes. What was that? Someone please tell me. Is it a good thing to leave a viewer confused after the first episode, with no preview to get your bearings? Whatevs.
