This was very enjoyable. I liked the focus on Big Fire and the internal dispute they had. A lot of new and interesting characters were introduced as well (though some died right away, lol). We had some good fights and character interactions too this episode. I like how the fights aren't dragged out and that the show can be quite cruel.
I also think the drives are somehow going to do something good if all 3 are together, but maybe Vogler went crazy at the end or Imanuel changed something about the drives?
Komei & Big Fire don't really fit into the picture at this point, but I expect them to something up their sleeve.
And the chief with shades reminded me more of Bear Walken from Gungrave. But then I haven't seen the Shield yet so that's to be expected xD.
Looking really forward to the last episode now, this was was definitely the best of the series so far.
Episode 7
I don't really have much to add, Ardamaeus pretty much already said what I was going to. Pretty enjoyable watch, not very memorable middle parts, great last 2 episodes but the pace of new characters being introduced made the story look a bit fuzzy. Overall it was a great series, but I agree that with more time it could have been a lot better. And I'm also not sure what to think of the "meh" ending that basically just opens up more questions, like about this GR operation or if there is actually someone named Big Fire etc etc...
Is there any kind fo continuation in the manga or somewhere else?
Probably a strong 7 from me too, 74% or something. Definitely glad I watched it, those last 2 episodes were pretty amazing.
