According to the cover note of the seventh volume of the comic book, another OVA of Seitokai Yakuindomo was announced. It will be bundled with the eighth volume to be released next year.

Update September 21
According to Weekly Shonen Jump, two more OVA will be released in the spring and summer of 2013.

Update March 7th
According to the official website, the release dates of the two OVAs are May 8th and July 10th.

You really want second season? There's too little material for it. You want unfunny stupid jokes like in the last episode of the first season?
OVA is great solution. It adapts new chapters, comes our regularly and doesn't allow anime studio to came up with bad fillers.

170+ chapters, minus 30 for the first season and like 10 for the OVA is too little material… Woooh.

I didn't finish the anime (iirc, I stopped at episode eight) because I failed to see the actual story behind it but strangely enough I enjoy reading the manga and its silly jokes. So I guess that an OVA should be enough adaption for it.
