I ain't good at explaining recipe but I'll try anyway. It is a simple one, it will only take 20 minutes of your time to do it and will make your friends smile.
01# 4 cup of chicken soup
02# 2 tea spoon of fish sauce
03# 2/3 cup of sugarfree coconut milk
04# 1 lime zest
05# 4 baby bok choy
06# 1 dried red pepper finely chopped
07# 160gr of rice vermicelli (ramen)
08# 2 spoon of canola oil
09# 160gr of sliced pork cutlet
10# 12 Peeled shrimps
11# 2 Tea spoon of curry powder (This one is for you, Rock lee)
12# Salt and pepper
13# 2 grated carrot
14# 2 green shalot
1st step: Set the temperature to high, put the chicken soup, the fish sauce, the coconut milk & the lime zest into a cauldron with 2 cup of water until it boil. Add the baby bok choy, the red pepper and set the temperature at low.
2nd step: Meanwhile, cook the vermicelli in another cauldron with water & salt. About 4 minutes.
3rd step: In a pan, cook your sliced pork cutlets with the canola oil at med-high (about 1 minute per side). Add the shrimps, the curry, a pinch of salt & pepper, let the whole thing there for about 4 minutes.
4th step: Devide the vermicelli into 4 bowl, add the pork, the shrimps, the carrot and the shalot. Add the chicken soup and ITADAKIMASU !!!
I'll do it this weekend and post the pictures so you can see what it look like.
