Amazon is generally where I go for manga. They tend to have good prices, and I have Amazon Prime as well which can be nice.

Anime conventions can be a good place to buy manga as well. From my experience, you can at least find stuff there that is cheaper than what you would at a book store or something, and some places at cons will also have extra cheap manga too.

Depends on how much I want
1 book-Book Depository (due to free shipping on all orders, accepts paypal)
Amazon (free shipping at $25)
The Right Stuf (free shipping at $49, membership highly recommended if you'll order more than $120 in one year)
Buy (accepts paypal, free shipping on books and DVDs at $40)
Alibris (more oop stuff, accepts paypal, prices can range from epic cheap to look elsewhere though)

Cons are always good too, there doesn't tend to be too much uber cheap anime, but cheap manga is everywhere

Usually Amazon.^^ Most the manga is discounted, and it's only $25+ for free shipping.
Conventions are great as well. Some dealers have great deals on manga, and you can save a fortune.

Amazon. In Germany shipping is free regardless of how expensive the stuff you buy is, as long as its books (which manga is).

Waterstones, not because it's cheap (it isn't) but because there's quite a good one about 3 mins walk from my work.

Well, Borders was where I used to go. Got all my old Ragnarok manga there, and it's where I got my first Tsubasa Chronicles manga.

In present time it's either amazon, or this comic book store I go to every week. It's more expensive but it's very satisfying picking up manga/comics in person. Plus the store is awesome.

Usually Amazon.com Unless it's something I really am into I will usually buy a used copy for cheap as most are in descent condition.

I used to live at Barnes and Noble. It was a short walk from where I used to work, I had a job as a waitress so I literally got payed after every day of work... It was a great and terrible thing. I collected a dangerous amount of manga that way.

Now I'm poor, so I rarely buy manga. I hate waiting when I order stuff, so I will usually try to get it from a local bookstore (Barnes and Noble, Books-A-Million). If I seriously need something but can't find it, Amazon. I accidentally bought a Prime membership, so now I don't even really have to wait for shipping, so I really should stop insisting that I buy everything in a store. :P
