I was wondering, do the submissions for voice roles count when done to a character that hasn't been yet approved?

I'm not sure if I should wait or resubmit the voice roles again, because there are several characters (approved) that lack the seiyuus...

A second question then. The character "Brown Algae" (id 65841) from Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon has been in the approval limbo for a while. I normally didn't add that one but added a picture and seiyuu (maybe relations too, can't remember) and it's been I think a good week since then.

Is there anything holding that up?

If you add a person or role, you'll receive notification of it's acceptance or denial. If you haven't received it yet, it means our backlog is huge and you need to remain patient.
