I have to ask seeing as how I haven't found any other topics on it, but does anybody else love these show? I find them to be hilarious and just straight up random at times. Good shows to just relax and watch. Any other thoughts?

Uterus complications to feed the whales. Twisting islands of concrete and yaks keep the negative space alive. Ever growing pizza party of gerbils with rabies. Connect the pimples into the pine tree that you always wanted as a pet. Dogs made of ground horse meat walk the streets. Bestiality meat fucking. Clowns in cars with yarn and riddles. Drink the sand it's friendly. But those who build planes will surely know where the medicine is contained. The squid's corneas quiver to the sight of you. Eggplant gymnastics where's the panties? They're with the panda who loves licking ladders.

Dude, I agree, the show is bitchin awesome. haha

I really hope they make an episode or even do something on the side to explain what happened to all of the humans and such because it seems like there is this huge dark backstory to this which they sometimes elude at but never go into depth of, like why there is a chunk missing out of the Earth.

It was referred to as The Great Mushroom War in the show, I believe the creators has stated that it was a nuclear war, hence mushroom.

I really really love Adventure Time, it's hilarious, cute and I love everything about it. I watch Regular Show every now and then, it's pretty funny too. Definitely the two best on CN though, for this time!

I actually just had an advertisement pop up on this site for Adventure Time, but I have yet to see either of these shows. Might check it out sometime.

God, I fucking love Regular Show and Adventure Time. I WAS religiously watching them every Monday, but all of a sudden, it appears that there are no new episodes. I was very devastated by this, because now I have no reason to look forward to Mondays, and now they suck again.

Oh, thank god, I looked it up, and there are new episodes again this next Monday. I don't have to hate Mondays anymore, woo!

I got criticized by a few people I work with for watching Adventure Time and Regular Show. And then they said that they've never watched them. I seriously went on a rage-filled rant about judging things before you try them.

I don't get criticized anymore.

I didn't really catch onto Adventure Time when I first started watching it, but then I really liked how there were some brief dark moments referring to Finn and Jake's past.

And I watch Regular Show for Pops. Because fucking Pops. "I can taste the Himalayas!" And him singing Footloose is the greatest. I cried from laughing so hard the first time I watched it.

Adventure Time is amazing. Any cartoon influenced by David Lynch with a nuclear post-apocalyptic backdrop is good in my book.

And Regular Show is just as great because it's so damn 90's MTV.

When I first saw Adventure Time I had a really bad case of the flu and was high off cough medicine. I think it felt like all my dreams had come true at the time. Or I had been sent into a state of delirium. Either way it was glorious. I fell in love right then, but I didn't remember what the show was called until months later. xD Now I watch it during those rare times I actually turn on my TV.

I've haven't seen too much of Regular Show. It seemed funny, but there was no insta-love/this-show-is-my-soul-mate type reaction.

Do you guys know what it is exactly that you like about Adventure Time? My friend asked me why I could like such a "stupid" show and it really made me think.

I think it is because it reminds me of my childhood and how every day was an adventure. Back when doing stuff like studying for exams, homework, and having to get a job would seem like a death sentence. Also, there is an innocence about Finn that can be appreciated, an innocence that a lot of us probably have lost by now, like how some of those dark moments and sexual innuendos just go right over his and the younger audience's heads.

Why I like Adventure Time?

Because the Earl of Lemongrab is in it.
