And it should've clear as day that Shinji was behind it when he saw him before he fought Rider earlier, or at least shoud've told Toosaka about his suspicions... "But I have no proof" lel. |

| Seeing how Matô Shinji is indeed a mage with a Servant, I suppose Matô Sakura is in the secret too (and a mage through lineage). That would explain Tôsaka's reaction to her, maybe they are from a reknown mages family. Funny to see Saber trying to compensate her lack of magic reserves by eating a lot, just like Yukito (CCS) when Yue was draining all their life. 3/5 |

| So, I have seen this series as a somewhat of a Mirai Nikki - Tokyo Ghoul (season 1) crossover so far. Not too say, of course, that this series copied elements from them - this was released nearly a decade before both of them, if anything, it would be the other way around. But in justifying my beliefs of the similarity, here is what I will say - In the Mirai Nikki aspect, they both share a fight to the death among several individuals with the intention of securing some goal - and only one may survive. In the Tokyo Ghoul aspect, we have a weak main character with exception-less altruism - and denies other's theories as to "true altruism" (protecting only when possible for the greater good), which ultimately ends up hurting the main character. This has been an exceptional series thus far. I'll probably follow up more on why I like it in later episode discussions, since I don't expect that, with the current trajectory, there is any way for it to decline in quality. |

| ah yes harem we need that in every fantasy anime with magic involved.. im actually surprised that rin is not one of those annoying tsundere in most anime who always hit the mc. so far she's my favorite girl but damn its annoying how emiya didn't tell rin that he find shinji suspicious or he saw him in the woods like he told her everything about his abilities and about his family but not this important stuff.. what an idiot. |

| shirou is so baka. or brave? or genius? i can't decide anymore. but his "independence" attitude is sure getting on the nerve on most of the users here lol. though i won't be surprised if at the end it would be him to have the most magic potential. meanwhile i'm starting to like rin more and more. though i won't be surprised when will be the next time she will "stab" shirou in back. it was also pretty obvious that shinji is rider's master. and shirou attempting to cover it are, again, seems too stupid to be good lol. i feel that there's not enough syber. and what is up with sakura? if not for the harem genre, i don't understand her need in the story lol my impression from the series so far, is, that it's concentrating more on developing the characters than the plot and the action. so far i like it, so i don't have any complain. |
