| I've got no proof, but after just having watched the last episode I think there absolutely has to be a second season. It was as obvious as telling the audience straight to their faces that there will be. Maybe someone got infos on how near or distant in the future it's going to air? |

| I think there will be a second season for sure since they ended like that. I think they ended quickly because they didn't want to make any fillers. I asked my friend who reads this manga and she said when we caught up the last episode, we were almost caught up with the manga. So, we need more volumes for this to be published in order for a new season to appear >.< |

| Flame of Recca ended with the characters all literally standing in a row looking at the screen and telling you to read the manga to see what happens next. I could see them not making a second season and leaving it up to the viewer to just go search out the manga. |

| I see no reason why it won't have a second season. 1st: it is obvious that they have planned one (at least to me.). 2nd: there is plenty more in the manga from what I hear here. 3rd: The anime is base don a popular topic (samurais/Edo period/ Monsters and their relations with humans) 4th: The characters are quite liked due to quite a lot of them being bishounen (in my own opinion) 5th: I think that whoever has seen it has liked it. (there SHOULD be an exception so that the rule will be a rule.) |
