Oh, God... The best episode so far. The moment Gekko appeared, I bursted into tears. The last three minutes left me speechless. I hope from this point on, we'll see more of Eureka. I'm really curious what actually happened, whose son Ao is, what happened to Renton, why Eureka is here... After watching this episode I can't stay still. I want more, more!

This.....This is the reason i stayed on with this series. Hoping for an episode like this to happen....I'm just completely speechless after watching this episode. Even now i'm just in awe. I saw the hole appear in the scub and at first i thought Naru was going to crawl out of it. Then they told him to get inside and he saw the metal plating. Then i thought "This episode is all about world travel....No way...It couldn't be...." And then after it started getting more apparent that it was indeed the Gekko State i was just mesmerized and couldn't stop smiling.

And then Eureka appeared and... My body was just not ready for this episode....Anyways, onto theories. I don't think that this is a different Eureka. Mostly because a lot has changed, and she probably didn't recognize Ao right off. And she was cut off as soon as she saw his hair. Not much to go on there.

At this point i'm really hoping the Gekko State crew is there >.<.... Iunno...All i can say is....I greatly look forward to next week's episode.

Edit: Something no one has yet to mention..... Those who were just watching this go down..... The people tuned into the tv stations >_>....Just saw a scub burst into flames and deliver a ship safely to Earth......Wonder if they'll build any plot around that... IE people wondering what happened, etc.

Well I just finished my exams for my summer courses and haven't posted for good three weeks. Here is my take.

I still am very annoyed about Gazelle and his gang for joining Generation Blu. They saw Gen Blu change some scub corral and get invited to join the highly specialized company who I am sure have very high standards to join. This episode makes my hate for these idiots sky high. The way they are prancing around the secret facility and acting like they are important players.....ugh. I also didn't enjoy that stupid contamination gag where the lumbering oaf was dusting his suit off.....failed humour. To top it off the moron Gazelle talks about "Gazelle Corp" like its worth anything. The jackass and his goons should be happy they weren't killed off earlier this season. I expect these bambling buffoons will be the comedy of the show because I see no use for them.

This has been bothering for me quite a while and it might upset some people here. Why the fuck are there so many females on Gen Blu? Sorry but it seems Ao is being surrounded by chicks in all scenarios. We get this "Mama" chick, some black chick and some girl who thinks its cute to do sit ups in space to the mix. Besides the Chief I feel Ao lacks male bonding or friends. With Renton he had his Gekko State buddies and even had Dominique to pal around with. I also hated how "Mama" was touching Ao all the damn time and how the black chick was flirting with him. The dude needs some male friends pronto jesus.

I was flabbergasted at how in the world Ao defeated the secret. At first it was a cube but then it sproated out a neck and head out of no where. What I found so weird was why did the secret bring Ao to it's body after it had it in its mouth? Why not shoot out a lazer and be done with him? Can some one scream plot shield? What's worse was how when he got into the body Ao just punches the secret's body and it explodes. So let me get this straight, rockets and lasers can't crack the secret but a punch can? Also for the love of god Ao its been 12 episodes and you still charge head first without thinking?

Truth having a father was an interesting turn of events and it seemed he got his influence from his father. I enjoyed that. I also enjoyed how he how he used his power to send papers flying around.....pretty badass.

Naru still dressed like a slut and acting like one here. She had a boyfriend or a guy she really liked with Ao. But all of sudden runs off with Truth. Funny how when Truth makes the scub corral appear, Naru was able to breath but inorder to do that many people died. Hey Naru instead of getting lost in Truth's eyes why not check your surroundings and see the blood. God this chick is so dense.

Naru disappearing in pink tentacles and than the tentacles "conviently" making a hole next to Ao was pushing it. I know Truth was behind it but the dude was down on the planet and now he can magically make holes appear in space? Seriously needs to explained or I might categorize it as bad writing.

I REALLY enjoyed the ending. As I was re watching the last 3 episodes I was actually contemplating of dropping the series on episode 10. But then the mindfuck of episode 11 kept me interested. Boy I gotta say, the episode had some issues but the ending saved it. I think the ending of this episode saved the entire anime. I am very happy to see Eureka and Gekko State back. I have been harping the series being infinitely inferior to its fantastic predecessor. I have been saying how Gekko State>>>Gen Blu. How the characters in E7 are much better the ones we see in EU7 Ao. But now that they are back in action I relieved because they can add some flavour this show severely lacks. I want to see the gang and see Eureka with her fantastic Nirvash piloting. Renton is no where to be seen and so I do hope they show him. Ao hasn't once asked about his dad and so I think Renton needs to beat this snot nosed pussified kid a lesson and lesson in respect.

Overall 8/10 good episode.

I don't know who said that there is probably noone on the Gekko, but I don't think that's true. Who would've landed it then? They probably didn't show the crew in the preview for the same reason they didn't show Eureka in the last ep's - suspense.

I think Eureka was trying to find a way back. Something might have happened in past, so i believe that Truth might have done something during Dr. Johannson's research which probably brought Eureka here.

1) I don't think Eureka is pregnant, I dont want to think she is unless Ao is having another sibling. She has to be the real mother. At first they saw footage of Eureka falling off Nirvash from that light.

2) What i think contradicts it, is Nirvash. If Ao is flying the Nirvash that Eureka brought with her (which means that Generation Bleu modified TypeZero), then Eureka could be from another dimensioin and she could preggo. Only Nirvash is the bridge between the worlds. Unless there is a "Nirvash" in that world. It just doesnt make sense from how the Gekko comes in.

3) I believe the world that Ao lives is a constructed Earth developed from the Scub Coral. We know the history in the first Eureka Series where a meteorite crashed into the earth and the scub coral awoken, which eventually made mankind leave. I believe that the Scub is literally 'dreaming'. Surpassing the Limit of Life and recreating mankind and Earth in it's own 'dreaming universe'. We can note that false world by how Truth explains that the world they live in is false.

4) Aging? I think Eureka is aging, the reason Sakuya did not age because she became apart of the scub in that early age. Plus in the last episode of the series, the old man who was giving tea in the Gekko is a coralian, so he might have aged in the past, but we dont know that.

5) The whole Gekko crew has to be there. The girl laying on the bench could be Talho. I think that because the guards surrounding her are wearing odd uniforms, not what armed service men would wear. The reason no one seems to pilot Gekko is because there probably is not enough trapar flow in the atmosphere compared to what the other 'Earth' has to help fly the ship. It's like canoeing through a shallow river with a ton of sandbars. Remember when Eureka and Renton passed the Great Wall and arrived in Earth? They couldnt really fly because of no trapar present.

6) I think Truth is trying to awaken the Scub Coral within this 'Earth'. I still don't understand the origin of the Secrets and their contribution to the Scub.

not sure about a lot of this, but I don't think the Gekko's crew is on board. The ship looks pretty empty, and if you are referring to the girl on the lawn chair surrounded by guards, isn't that just truth's female form (I think her hair was purple).

Also if this Eureka is the one from the previous show, what happened to her wings? Still a lot more to find out.
However in previous episodes, where u see pictures of Eureka and Ao as a baby, u dont see wings on her then, and also she doesn't have wings when the nirvash dump her off the sky =O

i don't think that this will turn into a alternate dimension thing i think that it will be the two worlds are connected by that flash of light, and that the secrets are cleansing the world of quartz(possibly dangerous?) sending it back to the other world, kinda like white blood cells

Yessir!

@Dangerr: I think Bones put us on the same track, cuz I agree with just about everything you posted so far!

Cool stuff! Eureka and the Gekko-go are back! And everyone in space calls somebody mama... reminds me of Eureka's kids...

And that preview... gawd, things are getting intense!

Fuck yeah shit just real

words can't describe the excitement I felt in this episode finally we see the Gekko State (a real fucking ship not a flying heap of plastic with some AI that doesn't know when to shut up, well I didn't mean that) And what seems to be the original Nirvash.

I kept telling everyone to have faith, bones wouldn't do a sequel of Eureka seven if they didn't know what they were doing.

5/5

I eagerly await the next episode.

It's funny how the appearance of Gekko and Eureka somehow make the entire show worth it.

Look at the staff/voiceactors.
There's no Renton's voiceactor , for example Truth was from first episode.

I had this exact thought in mind as soon as I started the series. Sadly, I'm sure this is true :( We might hear about him real soon though, from the looks, maybe the next episode?

That means nothing; it's completely at their own discretion when revealing casting roles. If it's something that's meant to be a surprise, then they won't reveal it prematurely - Truth isn't the same.

Also, remember Adrock? I'm pretty sure he had no spoken lines.
