Oh yeah, good example ;). Although I think she is somewhat something more than "just" tsundere. Most of her actions can be easily seen as tsundere but somehow she doesn't have that "feeling" that most of classic example have. I think she lack something to be called an real tsundere.

4, no question. When she acts mean to Yuuichi (most of which is his fault anyways) or when she sucks up to her doctor (forgot his name), I feel she loses her tsudere characteristic at times. Otherwise, she's rather tsundere most of the other times (and moe at points XD)

i say 4, even though i dont know much about her since i havent seen this anime yet, but i can tell from her picture she has mad tsundere

She's not Tsundere. She has an original personality, which isn't like Tsundere. When she seems TsunTsun, it's not actually that. She really means it, not just not expressing her feelings. She's been in hospitals for a long time, which totally messed her up socially. And she doesn't actually become DereDere. She usually does show her positive feelings at the right situations, another proof against her Tsundereness.

I still love her and thing she's cute^^ And Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora is the best anime ever!!!

I would agree with ya with some aspects, but i think she is a Tsundere 4 sure.

Well I finished watching this anime a while ago but never get to comment here. I give her a 4 because of her somewhat-persona. The character developments from "indifferent" to "like" (for the boy) were there. Very sad anime.
