An update was pushed to the site yesterday that contained two things of note:

1. the "Preview Post" button when creating a new topic works again; and
2. the "Message All Members" button has been removed from clubs for now.

It is not for certain that the Message All Members feature (or something like it) will be gone permanently, but in its current form it is simply too much of a performance problem. Since at this time we are still considering how to address the issue, the link will be removed for now.

We are currently focusing on trying to return some of the functionality to the site that has been lost to performance problems and bugs in our growth spurts. I can't say for certain what will be done next, but we'll keep you informed as things progress.

That's good. Better make it run stable instead of adding alot of buggy features. Thanks!

It has been disabled for a while, yes, which is why the link was finally removed. I mentioned it because some may be concerned about its disappearance and wanted to say why in advance.

The "Message All Members" from clubs was replaced with Newsletters that clubs give out so it was a good choice to disable it.

I kind of gave up on that function for coming back, but it would be nice if lost functions would be back. Thanks for the update.

The delay is site-wide and is in place to slow the damage of spambots; same with forum posts and profile comments. So no, the delay will not be lifted. Everyone has to wait, even me :)
