| Well that was tons of Shit happens....These monster are even worst compare to Macross Frontier Monsters. and The Mechs aren't reacting very fast.... Those Monsters even have Individual Classes... They look like something from Tekkaman Blade Radam though... All my opinions of course... Now that i think About it.... Why is this still not in a Super robot War game?...make Tekkaman Blade in the same game too! |

| The first episode didn't really do a good job at all with introducing the characters and their relationships so when seeing them die out in action except the MC, I didn't feel too depressed about it even though it is on paper sad seeing them go out like that in such gruesome ways. I sound pretty heartless after typing that out jesus. But in all seriousness, this episode was a lot better than the first one, but not enough for me to still be interested in this edition of MLA so far. At least the anime did a good job in making the BETA seem fucked up, and not on a parody/comedic level like the titans in Attack on Titan or how other shows like it would handle their killer species. BETA chomping down on the soldiers with no care in the world was pretty brutal to watch and at least that was maintained in this adaptation. Still a very dry start beyond the action, but not the worst one out there. Hope the pacing issues are fixed too after the main timeskip has happened now with the past stuff done. |
